Hi Samuel, really sorry to hear that your air fresheners have not arrived. Despite this being the first we've heard of your order not turning up and you've resorted straight away to a 1* review without getting in touch, I've had a quick look at your order. I can see that you placed it on New Years Day and your order was dispatched the Bank Holiday Monday and sent out by Royal Mail on the 4th (the first working day of the year).
You can probably expect that as Royal Mail had several days off over New Year, there will have been a huge back log getting orders out straight away. Unfortunately, as soon as we hand over orders to Royal Mail, the speed that they get to you is totally out of our hands. We don't have control over the time it takes to arrive with you which is why we give the '1-2 working days estimated delivery' on all of our 1st class orders.
Unfortunately this time of year does result in some delays with our packages but 95% of the time, orders do arrive within the expected window. I hope by now the order has arrived with you as we've not heard anything else from you? But do hope this experience hasn't put you off purchasing with us in the future.

I’d give 3 stars but that’s too harsh. Do not get vanilla
I’d give 3 stars, but in my eye 3 star is bad and harsh which this company aren’t.
I really like the look and design of the air fresheners. I think it’s a really good idea but I think you should be able to chose the colour as well as the scent, so let’s say I picked the colour white, but wanted a cherry scent rather being forced with the vanilla. I wanted white to match my car, it’s a vanilla smell which would I thought would smell nice, but the minute i opened the packet, that smell was horrendous, it made me feel sick. I won’t be ordering vanilla unless you add the feature of the scent and colour because I do not want vanilla again.

Hi Lucas, thanks for the feedback! Our Vanilla smell is not your typical Vanilla scent, it's a little more unique but still very desirable.
