Following an expensive divorce and redundancy I quickly found myself in a lot of financial trouble. I’m finally back on track but it’ll be a while before my credit rating catches up. Wheels4sure were brilliant in offering a completely non-judgmental assessment of my current finances and I’m now driving a brand new car. Michael was superb in helping with all aspects of the process and I can thoroughly recommend Wheels4sure to anybody who can afford the payments but can’t get credit.

From beginning to the end of the application was made very simple by Marcus and I am delighted with my car even the process of collecting my car was made pleasant by the staff

I have had my car since November 2018. I have a decent credit rating but was unsure about leasing as I had never done it before. I came across Wheels4sure after reading some reviews online. I have to say, from start to finish I was genuinely impressed - and still am! Marcus was friendly, reassuring and professional. The car still smelt new, delivery was to my front door (admittedly at a cost but still... ) and it's a better car than I could have afforded on my own. Marcus has answered every query promptly and politely. The car just had its first service and the process was so smooth! Would definitely recommend.

From start to finish, the whole experience was easy, straight forward and a pleasure to do business with Wheels4sure.

3 years ago I received a Wheels4Sure leaflet through my door and made an enquiry. This review is now written following handover of another brand new car.
Throughout the 3 years any of the staff spoken to were always helpful - in a nutshell BRILLIANT and the renewal process straight forward with my agent in continuous contact with me.
I cannot thank Wheels4Sure and especially my particular agent [Marcus] enough :-) :-) :-) and am more than happy to give the company and staff an EXCELLENT rating.

Right from that very first enquiry call to getting my car, I felt the company were extremely efficient in every way and Marcus was a pleasure to deal with.

I got a Fiat 500 today. I was disappointed that I have got to have an older car for a year before I can get a brand new vehicle. Michael has been very helpful through the the whole process. I'm now looking forward to next year for a new car.

I wanted to write a review just to warn people that this company do not care about the customer. I thought it was a good company to start with as i had bad credit and got the car lease easily from them. All went well up to about the last 6 months. I lost my job and struggled to make 1 payment to which i got told that this is a pay as you go service. I understand this as it is in the contract. Unfortunately after explaining my situation i got told that they could not help and that unless it was paid i could not use the car. I spoke to them on many occasions and they would not let me even double up payments on the following month. The customer service agents are cold and do not care about you at all. I had paid probably over £8000 in payments and they could not help me out for 1 month. After i told them payment would be delayed they tried to issue me with a default notice after the payment was 5 days overdue. I told them they could not do this but again i got the same answer. Do not use this company they are awful.

It would be fair to say car dealership is a minefield for the inexperienced. I worked my way through the obligatory google search - Lease Plan with poor credit.

Wheels4Sure stood out as a credible website, with the appropriate amount of information, guidance & sales pitch. So far so good! Once I’d completed the online application an arrangement was made to speak with Marcus on Saturday morning.
I was Ofcourse like others comparing companies & looking at financial packages & options. After each telephone contact - I returned to Wheels4Sure.

Marcus was courteous, listened & made the whole process move at my pace. There was no hard sell or quick & furious decision making. Seen with so many other companies. After some indecision I finally settled on the lease car - Mazda2 Automatic.

We spent the next two weeks bouncing emails with evidence required. It takes time & tolerance. Marcus is very realistic about the time line. For me it became obvious I wanted to lease from Wheels4Sure. Everything that needed to happen did & when it should have. I was assured quality & confidence in the service & what was offered.

Deposits & the first months payment made in preparation for collection. The amount required was very reasonable & didn’t require multiples of the lease fee upfront.
Collecting the car was easy. We were picked up at the station & before I knew it I was the proud owner of a new car ! Something I didn’t think possible with a poor credit score.

The customer service was friendly & informative at the warehouse. I’d already set up direct debit arrangements with Marcus.

My journey home was fun - lots of new gadgets to try out & enjoy an automatic on the motorway!

My first months payment has been taken by DD - no concerns. Marcus made contact within 72hours of collection to clarify the process & admin. Advice was also given regarding a few lights that had gone on to visit my local Mazda Service Department.

Poor credit comes at a price. Wheels4Sure do not judge. They listen & allow the process to unfold at a pace that feels right for the customer. I sought clarity regularly. Marcus was patient & professional.

For me - it really is - Wheels4Sure!
