Placed an order for 4x wheels o 10th oct had 2 emails after original order confirmation changing delivery date with note stating the items will not be dispatched until The invoice is settled which waspaid at point of order. I have been waiting for a month now
now the 11th nov. I have sent emails with no response whilst im writing thisIi am position 1 in the cue on the telephone and have been for 20mins and still no answer. Absolutely discusting customer service 25mins no answer I will be starting paypal refund process as of now. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

The worst online tyre retailer I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Placed an order for 2 tyres 6 weeks ago, didn't hear anything for 3 weeks. No emails nothing. Chased them many times via live chat and emails only for them to keep saying "you items haven't left stock". After 5 weeks I demanded a refund because it still hadn't been shipped. All till now they still have not refunded me. Terrible retailers. Please avoid. LKPerformance or similar retailers are way better and more reliable.

The company stated a 6-7 working day delivery time which I needed in time for my MOT retest, so i bought them as it would leave me an extra day or 2 if they was late. Eventually they turned up on the 10th working day which was the last day I could have had a retest. After contacting the company to ask if they could refund me the price of the MOT they simply said that it was actually a 7-10 working day delivery and it turned up on the 10th day so we aren't gonna help you. Very poor customer service but the wheels and tyres are good quality.

Good Price & Quality. I bought a new wheel rim as my car came without one; just a tyre weld kit. I had space for a spare wheel and bought one online from wheels24.co.uk. It was shipped from Germany, and took 2 weeks to arrive.

I just equipped my old French whip with 4 fantastic wheels, thankfully to this company. Yes it is a German based but they've got great prices and big choice of tyres and wheels. Delivery was even 2 days faster then the scheduled day.

I placed an order on the 6th November, Tracking information wasn't provided until 21st November.

Tracking shows items have sat in Germany for three weeks. I have phoned DPD independently and they cannot confirm they have received the parcel. I have phoned Wheels24 on multiple occasions and have been given conflicting information each time, being told; it's in Germany, that it's being delivered tomorrow, that it has been delivered or that the items are just in transit.

Upon receiving confirmation of my request to cancel this order It was stated that a refund will only be issued when the order is returned... Thats the order that DPD haven't received and I've never seen, the order that is appears to have sat in a distribution warehouse for the best part of a month.

I have had to phone Wheels24 again and they are issuing a refund immediately.
I didn't receive my order, I have had to spend about 3 hours on the phone chasing the order and timely payment of a refund.
I would avoid this company

Ordered some alloys and tyres from them. Little apprehensive as they are a German firm with a co.uk address. But their prices were a lot lower. They said they would be delivered on the 28th July and they weren't. So I gave them a ring and they said UK customs are slow and could be 2-3 days later. 1st of August had an email saying they'd be with me tomorrow. 2nd August turned up. Bang on! Lovely alloys packed well. All fittings included. So besides the 2-3 days wait... All good.

Wheels24 are pretty good. I was ordering winter tyres on rims - that takes longer as they have to be fitted and balanced, and it was in December which is a busy time. It took from the 6th to the 24th, though 4 days of that was delays with DPD. I would recommend them. Wheels24 is a DeltiCom tyre shop like MyTyres and 123Tyres - do look at them all, the prices vary quite a lot for the same things.

Ordered 4 alloy wheels and tyres on 1st March reported as sent out on 3rd March now 16th March still waiting. Wheels 24 say they were sent out, DPD have no knowledge of them. This is a German firm passing it’s self off as UK based so wheels and tyres are coming from Germany. I won’t be using them again as my van has been off the road since order. In the past UK based firms have supplied within a week

Ordered 1 wheel and tyre as a spare. Happy with the item although delivery took slightly longer than I expected. Item received in good order and overall pleased with this purchase.

Ordered a tyre and wheel on the 3rd, the website boasts about fast delivery and that if they don't have the stock they replace with a better tyre. By the 11th I still had not received the tyre. Rang and spoke to a woman who apologised. The next day I received three separate emails, one cancelling my order, another placing a new order and another saying delivery would "probably" be on the 13th. The money was then taken from my account. On the 17th I received another email saying delivery would probably be on the 20th with a DPD tracking number. Needless to say the tracking number didn't work. It arrived, to my surprise, on the 21st via Parcel Force. Relieved to finally get it, after paying £15 delivery, taking 18 days, all for the cheapest tyre and steel wheel that they did for my car.

An order was placed for a steel wheel and tyre, it did not arrive, it is very difficult to find a number for them. I emailed but got no reply, then 2 weeks after original order confirmation, I received another order confirmation and a delivery date. The wheel arrived 2 days after that. The company appears UK based but is actually run from Germany. Product was fine when eventually arrived, but my car was off the road for nearly three weeks waiting!

Ordered a set of steel wheels plus winter tyres they where not the most expensive set but where delivered quickly tyres are what i asked for and wheels look well made and fitted my car no problems and pleased with purchase and delivery

Don't buy from them!!! They don't know nothing about alloy wheels. I order set of 4 wheels and tyres but they didn't send new nuts. Original don fit. I called many times and argued, but they didn't care. On website they inform when you buy alloy wheels new set of nuts free.

German company posing as a UK company. Ordered on a Tuesday with expected 4 day delivery. Order was not progressed until Thursday with a delivery date expected on the following Wednesday. Order now being shipped from Germany. Do not order if you require a faster delivery experience as your car is off the road. Order was delivered in time they did say however.....Not Bad I suppose - good price on tyres at the end of day

Terrible company. Have now placed two orders. Neither have been fulfilled. First was cancelled (By wheels24 without discussion or justification) after over a fortnight delay with no communication or response to my inquiries. They then offered me compensation and asked me to order with them again. Guess what? Exact same experience. Placed order on 4 Jan and as off today (16 Jan) no progress, justification or communication. Avoid!!! Same company as MyTyres so don't be fooled.

Really impressed with tyres I received and happy with time taken as they were delivered within a week. Tracking was poor. Tracking number was given as GLS and was not recognised but when I tried a second shown tracking number with DPD it worked. I did not however appreciate the extra £9 plus per tyre I would have had to pay for delivery to my Inverness postcode. Fortunately I was able to get delivery to an Aberdeen postcode 6 miles away. Tyres actually had to pass my door to get there. Absolutely ludicrous. If you have an Inverness post code I would advise not using this company.
