I ordered Candy bars on Nov 14th for Thanksgiving because the delivery date stated Nov 21-23. Today is Nov 28th & still no candy.

We've ordered from you multiple times for our holiday treat giveaway. The timing, service and quality have always been fantastic.

The candy bar wrappers were SO awesome and the hit of the party!! Thank you for your fast and wonderful service - everyone loved them!!

Outer packaging was excellent-it was not beat up in transit. The packaging of the candy was very pretty yet sturdy enough that the candy could be given in that as a gift box or used as a display at an event. The candy itself is excellent and tastes fresh. AVAILABILITY WAS KEY as the strawberries and cream can NOT be found in stores until Valentines Day season. PRICE WAS EXCELLENT! I will definitely be purchasing again in the future.

I needed a lot of candy and I didn't want to buy a bunch of small bags of it. The bulk order was great and made my life easier. The price was also a plus.

This is my 1st time ordering from here. I ordered chocolate birthday candy bars. I was a little disappointed with the delivery time. It took a long time to receive them. They look good, but some of the wrappers are not sticking & coming undone, so I had to tape them which makes it look tacky! I do like the way they look those are my only complaints. I will give them another try. Hopefully they will give a slight refund to use on another purchase to give them another try

Order was delivered a little earlier than expected, and the birthday bars looked great!!!

We placed an order for 1000 Hershey’s Kisses for my Dad’s 90th birthday party. Two production errors were made, including a misspelling of my Dad’s name (despite the fact that the proof was correct). The company refused to correct their error. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, the customer service rep, Leslie, refused. I later left a voicemail for a supervisor, Sam, and she never called back. I emailed, and did not receive a reply. This company is very unprofessional. Do NOT rely on them to deliver your order correctly.

Ordered mints for rehearsal dinner then next day received an email that said not in stock.

Easy to use website, however, when something goes wrong Customer Service is quite incompetent. I have been trying to place order for 2 weeks. Sometimes they don't respond and I have to send another email. When I do get a response it is wrong. If they don't understand how there own site functions or mis-functions and can't remedy over 2 weeks I'll order elsewhere

The ornament arrived on time and very well-packaged but the personalization was scratched so I couldn't gift it as intended. Thinking maybe the ornament moved around during transit causing it to scratch?

Most of the order was sent incorrectly. We ordered custom mini chocolates and candy canes. The candy was fine, but the chocolates were shipped wrong. Customer service was helpful. The associate was friendly but kept making a mistake after mistake. I believe she may have been new. Still haven't received replacement product and we need it for Nov 30th. Hopefully we will receive it soon.

The candy was tasty and really went well with the graduation party. One of my guests said he ate the who small candy dish on his table

We are very disappointed with the font size received. The final preview was deceiving against the actual product receive. We don’t feel our personalized gift gives the sentiment or will show the message intended. We I’ll most likely take another route next time.

Our company order was shipped and due to deliver on a weekend when our office is closed. I tried working with WH Candy to change the delivery date, only to be told they cannot do anything. I spoke with UPS and they told me the sender would have to put in a delivery date change request. When I told WH Candy this news, they reiterated that they could do nothing with no further explanation. I was disappointed in the level on non-helpfulness from WH Candy's CS team. Placing the burden on your customers to figure it out themselves is not the way to keep them coming back.
