I went through an incredibly frustrating sales and onboarding experience with VHC and cannot recommend them. After two weeks as a paying customer, I still have not had any practical opportunity to use the service I paid for. That alone is unacceptable.
During the sales phase, I spoke with a live online agent based in South Africa. Since then, I have dealt with five to six different agents via email, seemingly spread across different locations, with no continuity, ownership, or coordination. Throughout the sales process, I clearly stated that a call with a technical specialist responsible for migrating my site from HostGator was essential, as I have several technical dependencies and custom software configurations that must be reviewed before any transfer. That meeting never happened.
Instead, immediately after payment, I received an email from a completely new and unknown WHC agent requesting that I provide full login credentials to my HostGator account. This account contains highly sensitive personal and business data. Being asked to hand over credentials to someone I had never met or been formally introduced to raised serious security and trust concerns. It also caused me to question the legitimacy of the process and briefly worry about potential impersonation or fraud.
Overall, this was a deeply frustrating, unprofessional experience that significantly undermines confidence and credibility!

Dedicated server customer for 10 years. Complete server failure down now for over 48 hours and no end in sight. Feel like I am just getting a runaround, working on it, high priority.. and yet... still down. My company is inoperable because of this. My staff cannot work and my operations are completely down.
