Don't doubt these other reviews on here. I just cancelled my profile after almost 2 years and about $200 spent on credits. Sent about 30 offers, ZERO DATES! Most of the profiles have not been used in months if not years. Only got six to accept an offer and actually communicated with three. But even then they were not legit, avoided meeting and wanted money sent to cashApp or Venmo...

The website is fraud. They will steal your money and suspend your account by making stuff up.

I spent a total of 500 credits and didn’t get one date. I’ve had plenty of scammers asking me to send them money via cash app or Venmo.

You’ll also find escorts on there and the website protects them and not you.

They steal your private information and sell it.

They create fake profile accounts, and accept your offers and never message you again.

The people that work for them are criminals and this website should be investigated by the police.

Most of the men are sweat and genuinely want to get to know you but one solicited me for sex and then reported me for solicitation. I never agreed to it. I have no clue how I got banned for a man soliciting me. They just send you an email saying why they banned you and say don’t ever contact them again.

There are things I LOVE about this site, and also a few things I disliked. Ok so 1st, the site is literally called "what's your price" therefore imo, it's obvious what this site is about. I think that it needs to be stated, in extreme layman's terms, that when you place a bid, it is for a DATE!! You meet up for dinner or whatever, and then you are able to see if you vibe with person and perhaps make plans for other "arrangements" and negotiate further and explain what you want and expect and what your willing to offer. So when you bid for a date it is just for the person you bid on to show up, nothing more.!! I feel like the concept of this site is really unique and it saves both parties slot of time, and with some fine tuning, it has the potential to weed out scammers on both ends. There are other websites that cater to one night stands and flings as well as websites that cater to finding love and long-term relationships. When you're signing up for a website called what's your price it should be pretty clear to you as to what type of situation it is! Granted sure there are sugar babies out there who end up having committed relationships with their sugar beneficial as well as more intimate sugar baby relationships than others. That's what name your price should be about you go on the first date and to see if there is a connection, both parties can tell what they offer and expect, what they are willing to do and not do. The date is to see if there is a connection for an arrangement. Looking nice!/beautiful is expensive, makeup, clothes, perfume, hygiene, gym membership, ride share accounts, all cost $$. If you want to just have sex try tinder, and or boulder hwy has some low budget females that would more in some people's price range as well as expectation range. If you take car of me properly I will go above and beyond!!

I have send 26 offers and none of them replied. Its more like Claickbait site than a genuine Hook up platform, as buying Credits to talk and then buying credits tooffer seem to be bit dodgy. If I want to offer cash then I would rather go to Adultwork pay and get what Iam paying for.

My experience of this site has generally been very good. Like another reviewer, I have been on many dating sites with little success of finding a date. Whereas as long as I'm willing to part with some money, I have had no trouble getting dates on WYP.

I am a divorcee in my mid-50s, in a job that pays me a decent wage. It's nice to be able to get out and enjoy life from time to time and have a beautiful woman with whom to enjoy the experiences.

If you're using the site for what it is intended, it works quite well, but you must be prepared to part with your money. You buy credits to unlock conversations and that is, as far as the site goes, all they get. When you've met enough people you can deactivate your account and then return on a later occasion to use your credits.

Most of the time I have bid between £40 and £80 maximum - that may not sound like very much, but some women are happy to accept such bids, in fact they may be happier with a lesser amount as there is then no expectations for sex in return - those using the site with that expectation are using it wrong and are likely to be disappointed (or even get banned if they state it openly).

I'm not loaded, but for someone like me, late-middle-aged with a decent wage, looking for women to date with no strings attached, it works very well.

I WAS a long-time user of WYP. At one time, this site 'worked', now it has become a SCAMER site, with the Administrator arbitrarily recognizes it's problems.
Yes, at one time WYP they did want to clean up its membership.
My story is short. After agreeing to a meeting amount the 'date' was non-communicative for more than 30 days. I complained to WYP and requested a credit back. Their response was;

"Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm sorry that your conversation didn't go the way you had intended. Unfortunately, we're unable to refund credits to your account at this time. We remind you that credits used to unlock a conversation with a member is for the ability to communicate with an Attractive member and is by no means a guarantee of a response or that an actual first date will take place.

We WILL NOT refund credits if:

1. The user has a profile that has not been removed by a site administrator.
2. You exchange messages with a user.
3. You exchange with or provide to the user any personal contact information (including but not limited to phone numbers, email addresses, chat screen names, social networking pages, personal websites, home/business addresses, etc.).
4. Your conversation is older than 90 days.
5. Your conversation is within the 7 day period.

If you feel a member is misusing the site, please use our reporting system so that we can look into the issue further.

Please note that once the lady communicates, they are NOT obligated to provide a refund/credit. IN other words, once a Hello or Hi is made, WYP is no longer obligated.

I agree with the previous reviewers as to what WYP has become. So sad.

Most of the women on this site are scammers, rogues and miscreants. The real ones are primarily dinner whores. Most just want lots of cash just to meet because "I know what I'm worth". Unfortunately they are not really worth very much. Most will ghost you or break appointments or just take the meal and the money and run. If you do have a conversation with someone be sure to find out where they are really located since they probably won't be where their profile says they are. Also, the conversation might suddenly disappear, along with the credits you spent on it. All in all, a waste of money on a second rate site. Addendum: If you send a note to customer service complaining that the women & your points have disappeared, you will often be reimbursed. I guess the site cannot be faulted for the quality of the women on it and this is one of the few sites where you even have the opportunity to get reimbursed.

Pathetic! Lasted 5 minutes before realising everything is a scam and has to be paid for. Deleted

I have been on the site for more than half a year and I have had 10 dates so far. Not POF, not Chemistry.com, not OkCupid, not Match.com, not even eHarmony.com could get me a date on their sites. All but 1 were the people I asked for dates matched their photos on the profile (the other did not look like the pics posted on the profile and had to report the profile as a scam). Otherwise, I like the search feature to filter out whom I am lookingBut then I got several stalkers on the site, thus prompting me to deactivate my account for a while and reducing my rating of the website even further. The first stalker used different phone numbers to text me after I caught her lying to me about how her account is no longer on the website. The second one is a psycho in that she accused me of publishing her photos without permission. I blocked her texting number and on the website. Since that time, she has set up four other accounts on the site. Damned Chinese website does not protect its male customers from psycho stalkers. That's it, I'm out and rather be single than deal with this drama. Lastly, their support staff allows user to make multiple accounts with different usernames but the same photos. One in particular, I actually communicate and just criticize me for going on this site. Well, excuse me if such racist women don't like certain men and I have to go on this site to go out with I want instead of the left overs on other sites.
I have seen more escorts/prostituted spamming the site, thus lowering my rating for the lack of Chinese customer service to act upon fake profiles. For example, one user is an BDSM mistress who sells clips of her service and will solicit her service as different person when you go on a date with her.

Don't under bid for a date. Wink first to see if they provide you an offer you like. If you are on a budget, choose wisely and don't over bid what you can afford. Stick with what kind of relationship you are looking for. Otherwise, you might be disappointed with the result. You can't always get instant satisfaction here or any other dating sites. for. The only thing I don't like about the site is that males (or sugar daddies) have to pay to read messages. I guess the site has to make money somehow. At least, give the regular members a discount for being on the site for more than 3 months.

Scam site. What they don’t tell you up front: you PAY to “unlock” the conversation with the girl you choose. You hope the girl accepts $10 because your fee to unlock goes up for every dollar you offer her. Hell, pay her $200 in person but DO NOT offer her $200 on the site because (1) the site will charge you 50% ($100) to unlock the conversation and then (2) the girl is probably not real.

Obviously: the site scams you. They use fake pics to get you to make offers. Duh. The site charges you to unlock the conversation and then the girl flakes, disappears, or ghosts you.

Are some girls real? Maybe 1. Maybe 2. But they want BIG OFFERS not realizing that it costs you 50% just to unlock a conversation. Otherwise they’d agree to $10 and start chatting, then negotiate the real fee for your meeting.

You cannot explain this in your profile. I tried and WYP deleted my words and told me to write my profile again. Why? Because that’s their scam and they don’t want anyone to kill it.

Don’t use this site. I have request 14 refunds because girls only wanted to scam me. Never met 1 legit girl after 2 years. Why am I still on? Because I bought too many credits on day 1 and I still haven’t used them up because I don’t agree to $100+ offers. No way. 90% chance of fake so why not stick with $10 offers?? Hell I have even had $10 offers end up being scammers!!

As if my time wasted by the scammers accessing WhatsYourPrice and pretending to be women isn't enough, WhatsYourPrice would ask me for proof of the fake profiles before compensating me "credits" I purchased (with actual money) to "unlock" communication with the females on the site.

I complained about this in accordance with the number of times it happened, which was 4 out of every 5 interactions - meaning 90% of their profiles are fake spam/scammer profiles that you are paying WhatsYourPrice for the privilege of chatting with.

This last time I paid for 'credits', almost like it was premeditated; I changed the profile description to say something tongue-in-cheek along the lines of basically saying I'm looking for a baby-momma as a joke and they loosely accused me of "soliciting sex for compensation" and closed my account, essentially forfeiture of the $50 I had just spent with them and provided no proof whatsoever.

Instead, their email response to my complaint simultaneously hints at just opening a new account and also threatens me with collection agency action if I charged back what I spent since they wouldn't issue a refund or a valid reason for cancelling my account.

This site is bullsh!t. Don't waste your money on WhatsYourPrice for the luxury of having your time wasted by Nigerian scammers trying to get you to buy them Amazon gift cards.

Have to agree with other reviews here. There are many fakes and scammers, but a number of real Ladies and I did enjoy some lovely dates. After a long time, as a regular and loyal user I was banned without any reasons provided. Not a very clever way to manage those who fund your business model. Vetting of profiles is poor/non existent and any organisation that located itself in Cyprus for billing purposes has to be suspect. You live you learn...zero stars.

Don't waste your time and money. Fake profiles and scammers abound on the site.
Many profiles look good, sound good and accept your offer. Maybe some communication then gone and so are your credits you have to pay to unlock communications. Yes I was entertained but nothing really came to fruition. Not worth it.

lot of spams , you lose money when unlock conversations and you end by never meetups, all picture and video sellers. They ask for money before you get any date or phone numer.

Men should not be allowed to send you the same price after you rejected it, one man will not leave me alone and keeps cancelling requests and offering a £25 bid over and over again, a new feature should be a man or woman cannot cancel requests and send the same amount again, as this is a form of harassment, especially since the guy keeps creating new accounts after I remove his access to my profile permanently, here’s an example of one man.

I’ll post pictures of this interaction and the harassing mans relentlessness.

This website deserves zero stars and to be criminally investigated. They get fake profiles to accept your offer then the girl says she's changed her mind or stops responding. After you've paid $80 minimum to 'unlock' the conversation.
This should be illegal but I guess it's one of those gray areas.

This site is a total ripoff. 99% of the girls are fakes trying to get you to buy pics or give them gas money to meet. I had 280 credits and like that they are gone. do yourself a favor and don't waste your money.
