Retour niet terugbetaald.
21 februari artikel retour gestuurd. Retour eerst aangemeld zoals beschreven op de website. Ettelijke mails verstuurd om vriendelijk te vragen om mijn terugbetaling in orde te brengen en bijna 3 maanden later nog geen terugbetaling ontvangen.
Eerst zou de reden geweest zijn dat ze hun magazijn aan het verhuizen waren en daardoor vertraging hadden bij de verwerking van de retourzendingen,daarna zouden ze mijn retour niet ontvangen hebben terwijl deze wel degelijk is afgeleverd volgens bpost.
Voor mij persoonlijk getuigt dit van wanpraktijken.
