Having issue with synchronization message from one device to another. Can't transfer message from old device to new one.

I don't know how long whatsapp customer services need, but I have been using whatsapp app on my PC linked to the same phone for years. However, ever since I downloaded and installed the 9th December major update it has not worked, this despite deleting and redownloading and starting my PC what must be over 20 times over the last 6 wks - the whatsapp app just will not work on my PC anymore, just displaying the attached upon opening every time?!!!! i.e. a grey rectangular box with a small greyed out whatsapp logo in the centre! HELP I MISS THIS APP!

My account gets blocked every single day.. happened 5 times already, i meed to fill the review , they reopen it and suddenly gets blocked again.
Had this account from 2018 , used it related to my business, cliens were used to contact us via whatsapp.. we basically lose money daily, no reasons given Whatsapp, situation is getting desperate..

I was added to a random group without my consent. I did not spam anyone or violate WhatsApp policies in any way.
WhatsApp banned me without appeal and all I can talk to is AI. I LOST A NUMBER THAT I HAVE FOR 14 years!!!!!!!!

Used to enjoy using WhatsApp but since the recent update have lost all message history on iPad, only being able to read texts sent in the last few hours. Never used to happen and, apparently, nothing can be done about it. Chat history is there on iPhone but the two devices can no longer sync message history.

Subject: Severe Complaint – Unjust and Absurd Suspension of WhatsApp Account

Dear Meta / WhatsApp Support Team,

I am submitting a severe complaint regarding the cancellation of my WhatsApp account.

I ran Facebook ads approved by Meta that explicitly directed users to contact me via WhatsApp. I then responded only to incoming messages from people who contacted me voluntarily through these ads. Shortly after, my WhatsApp account was canceled.

This situation is absurd and unacceptable.

Meta actively promotes Click-to-WhatsApp ads, delivers leads to businesses through WhatsApp, and then blocks those businesses for replying to these leads. This is a direct contradiction of your own business model and shows a lack of consistency and fairness.

I did not send spam, bulk messages, or automated messages. All communication was professional, reactive, and business-related. Canceling my account under these circumstances is arbitrary and causes serious operational and financial damage.

I do not accept this decision and formally demand an immediate restoration of my WhatsApp account, along with a clear explanation of the alleged violation.

This matter requires urgent review.

WhatsApp is an excellent messaging app with a clean interface and fast performance. It offers secure end-to-end encryption, high-quality voice and video calls, and easy media sharing. Very reliable for daily communication. Highly recommended!

I give it zero stars…whenever you text a new contact from your contact list it automatically blocks you and bans your account and you will have to wait either 24 hours or forever to get your account reviewed

ZERO STARS. It suddenly started having big tech issues. Can no longer delete contacts, and all manner of things stopped working.
The a.i help is a waste of time and super annoying.
The only way to delete the unwanted contacts was to leave. Not happy

Hello, good morning. I live in Brazil and I am facing a serious problem with the WhatsApp app.

This is the third time my account has been blocked. Since the day before yesterday, my account has been repeatedly blocked, and I would like to know why this is happening.

Their AI is incompetent and does not help at all with real problems, and no human support agent has contacted me.

I did not receive any SMS, phone call, WhatsApp message, or any other messaging request asking for my two-step verification code; therefore, no one has access to it.

I use paid antivirus software on my mobile phone and on the two computers I use to access the service. If someone has invaded my account, only you know about it, because I cannot obtain this information anywhere, and WhatsApp does not provide any details about what is happening.

I will report again what I had already informed them, but it seems that no one reads it. I even recorded a video yesterday and submitted it through the official support contact within the application itself. There is already a ticket number open, but since I am blocked, I cannot access it.

I contacted Claro, my mobile carrier, and they informed me that my number has not been cloned. I work in system management for the Public Defender’s Office of the State of Piauí, here in Brazil, in addition to coordinating several drivers from this institution, and I use WhatsApp for my communications.

Currently, I deal with more than 350 public servants and more than 120 public defenders, in addition to drivers, motorcycle couriers, general services staff, among other sectors.

If there are any kind of complaints or reports, I would like you to assess whether they are part of my communication list and the groups I work with, as well as my family and friends.

I have most of my contacts saved, with only a few legal assistants and new interns who recently contacted me and whom I have not yet had time to save. This situation is becoming annoying and is disrupting my work and my personal life.

I have never engaged in any kind of spam dissemination or similar activities; you may verify this in my history. I use two-factor verification and have not noticed any unusual activity that would indicate someone attempting to hack my WhatsApp account. I also have two-factor verification enabled on all my social networks, including Meta platforms, as well as on my email.

However, as I am limited to websites available through Google, I have already asked the WhatsApp team to verify whether someone is attempting to invade my accounts, but I have never received any response.

I am completely powerless in this situation, as they block my account without any explanation. When I request a review, they unblock it but do not inform the reason, treating me like trash and giving no attention to my problem.

That is why I am reaching out to you to beg for help.

My father's account was hacked. He cannot verify his account using any of the approaches. It says that too many requests have been made and to contact support. However, we cannot submit support requests as we get a message saying 'something went wrong, please try again later'. Terrible experience.

Silk sometimes has problems when used on multiple devices.

I have an agreement with my clients from work to contact them through WhatsApp, however, this App has a hidden new chat message limit. Some users have in the settings the limit number and get a notification, once it is close to reach the limit, asp the AI email bot, but the bot couldn´t tell me of course how I can get this option to view my limits. Even better, now my account gets blocked even if I write with my friends after a specific amount of messages. Same happens with my business and private account. The only useful thing from the bot was that they have real humans who are reviewing the blocked accounts, but you cannot contact them and you cannot raise an official complain of course. I am sure that if you pay for their services, you will have a dedicated support agent assisting you. Greed is a bad thing, but makes rich guys even more rich I guess lol. Ah and btw my account gets unblocked everytime after 6hr passed, so is it true, that people are reviewing the blocked accounts??? Time to change the chat provider!

The latest version of whatsapp web is disastrous. It takes long to load and the most inconvenient thing is, if you are writing a message while new messages are syncing your message actually doesnt fill in so you end up sending half complete words and messages.

If you are going to make new updates, make sure you do not do it at the expense of the quality of the product that already exists

There are doubts about privacy, fake news spreads quickly.
