I’ve been ordering vinyl from what records since 2014 and it still amazes me how they keep their prices low while everyone else are intent on ripping you off , what a wonderful experience to order from them the service is unbeatable.

This was my first order with What Records and to be honest it was against my better judgement seeing some of the feedback. However it could not have been a better experience. Record ordered, confirmation email received, despatch email received, record received and the whole process took 3 days from order to receipt. Brilliant service and I will definitely be back 😊

It's always a pleasure to buy from what Records a competitive price and a honest person have been buying vinyl records for numerous years and never been disappointed keep up the good work tim.

Well packaged but a little slow delivery being ultra critical will use again.

Shockingly poor customer service. Items that are clearly not in stock are still being sold. I bought a record on September 2nd and after aboit 5 days still had no dispatch notification. I got in touch and was only then told it wasn't in stock. I asked to cancel the order as I needed it by a particular date that was over 2 weeks from my original purchase date. A few days later I get an email promising it will be with me by the date needed and I agreed not to cancel the order provided it could be dispatched by an agreed date. This did not happen and I sent another email asking for cancellation. This was ignored and the record sent the next day, not even by 24 hour service as promised. Now, the record won't arrive until after I have left my house and I won't be able to get it. Absolute nightmare, it's put me off ever buying from smaller independent stores.

AVOID!!
They sell records that they don't have in stock, communication non existent, it's been 2 weeks since I placed an order with them, yet I have no item or a refund.
Save yourself money and stress and buy elsewhere. I thought their prices were too good to be true and I wasn't wrong, unfortunately.
