Alan the Irish man was amazing!!
Explained everything in ‘lay terms’ and saved us some money in the process. We got exactly what we wanted with no surplus to requirement hard sell tactics.

Ashley has been supportive from when he first set up our separate Life Insurance policies. He explained the benefits clearly and took all our health information which gave us confidence we were buying the best protection for our family. Ashley contacted us when there was an upgraded policy available. When my husband and I bought the policies, like most couples I imagine, we joked that we would never need it. Unbelievably my husband passed away suddenly and unexpectedly in August. I contacted Ashley in a state of shock who calmly supported me with the details I needed and the process to go through. It has been the most awful time for my children and I but having received the Life Insurance payout I can't exaggerate enough the peace of mind it has bought me by allowing me to cut my work hours and focus on my children.

Signed up with Whatpolicy in 2016, but had to renew my policy again in September, 2020 as I've moved home. Ian paid a visit and signed me up with an insurance company and transferred me to Roy for the will writing.
I've sent all my details over, but I've been waiting for over 3 months for them to come up with my will documents and send me, I've chased them enough, as I'm tired of chasing Tyler, Ashley and Roy. It's just a simple document to send and it's taking them forever to do this.
Very very poor customer service. Will definitely not recommend them, as they are only interested in signing you up for an insurance deal and leave you to hang afterwards.

Alan was great with us, delighted with the package he gave me and nothing was a hassle. Such a gentleman and so helpful. The staff dealing withour will were great too.

We were approached by Whatpolicy when they were canvassing the local area. At first we were a little sceptical, however after looking at the reviews online we decided to arrange an appointment. Alan from Whatpolicy was very helpful and explained the benefits and disadvantages to our policy, he offered an alternative policy which saved us over £30 per month and offered better protection for critical illness and death. Whatpolicy also arranged a free will for us. Ashley from Whatpolicy arranged our will in a matter of days and he was very friendly. We have already recommended the service to others as we feel it to be a useful service. Thank you very much Whatpolicy.

Alan came out to the house to review mines and my partners life insurance policies. He was such a nice guy and provided us with with great information not only on our life insurance but potential future mortgage. He left us with new policies at a lower monthly rate which are now in trust and also two wills! I would definitely recommend trust policy to others.

Excellent service. Booked an appointment from a door canvasser. Alan the agent was great. Friendly, knowledgeable about life insurance products, and no pressure or sales pitch. Explained what we had and how it works, few surprises in the small print for us so got us changed onto a more suitable plan. Had no idea of the ins and outs of life insurance but saved a few quid and now have peace of mind. Free will service too to finish it all off. Top notch, highly recommend.

He was professional, sincere and more importantly for me ensured had the right cover in place for me and my family future.

I have had my policy for a number of years and can honestly say it is one of the best things I’ve ever done, just for the comfort of knowing If anything was to happen my family would be looked after. Also, Ash who represents what policy has always been really helpful and upfront and I cannot thank him enough for his support.
