I've had a living nightmare since 2013 …

I've had a living nightmare since 2013 I knew nothing about cell phones and really don't know much still but I'm learning and I've become scared to really download these people seem so trust worthy then I find my phone in trouble and I'm not sure whovro trust I'm 52yrs I have a healthy free after today and If I could be tricked what about children omg beware of the dangers
