Ordered trainers on March 12th. Money taken. Nothing received. No communication or anything. Awful experience. Just nothing back from them

Mostly good quality products.

Shipping can take an extended period of time depending on the size and weight of your package.

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes, but I received only 3 pairs. One pair is missing and there was no explanation, no message, and no refund.
I tried to contact them, but I have not received any proper response. This is very disappointing and unprofessional. If you cannot send the full order, at least inform the customer or refund the missing item.
I do not recommend this website. Be careful before ordering.and also i got my oder after 3 and half week. So Please be aware of this fraud website.

Took about 3 weeks for the runners to arrive to Ireland but they are perfect, will definitely be ordering from them again.

Just received my shoes after about 2 weeks of waiting. Was a bit worried after seeing reviews after I ordered but they come and in very good condition, also got a pair of Nike socks and 4 different laces to chose from definitely be ordering again from here.

Was quite skeptical after seeing various bad reviews after actually ordering, not going to lie i panicked. The tracking was hard to get, wasnt accurate and customer service was hard to get through to. Little be hold my shoes arrived both in perfect condition, quality was amazing. Other than tracking and customer service being an issue they arrived and im happy. So i'll definetly order again. I'd say though fix that tracking issue for sure.

Purchased few trainers from this site, came up to a large bill which I paid off, I then received an email 24hrs later from this company asking me to send a picture of my card details with my full name and card number, which I did not reply, after 5 days I got an email stating my order has been cancelled and I have been refunded, its been over a week and no refund, I straight away got my card company involved, which are investigating, PLEASE AVOID THESE THIEVES!!!

Received my order of Jordan 4 white Oreo’s today and I was really surprised with how good quality they were and how comfortable they are. 👍🏻

After reading reviews I was slightly sceptical about if the shoes would ever arrive. They took about 3 weeks from purchase but arrived and are an excellent fit and quality.

Its freaking chinese website selling sneakers at discounted prices. Often its prompt appear on Instagram. They never cancel the order nor ever respond to the email and there is no other way to contact them. I spent £150 but all in vain. Delivery time is also unconfirmed and much longer then claimed one.
They use 'MONO DE ZAPAS' online payment deduction store, which is a spanish one.

for over 45 days now, i have contacted them lots of times and they are fobbing me off with excuse after excuse..

Never got order as it was out of stock. Was never emailed about it. Not getting my refund now. They’re telling me I was refunded but there are only a few inbound transactions on my account for the whole month and nothing from this place. To make it worse, they’re still selling the same shoe at same size I ordered. Avoid.

These are fake shoes from China. There's no way authentic shoes are at that cheap price and the quality of the fakes are poor.

The term thrown around of unauthorised authentics is just another way of saying fakes. I bought a pair of shoes just to see and the box was fake, the shoes were such poor quality - soles and words chipping, all in the wrong font.

Do not be scammed by this company.
