Great product that I've had on my previous 2 resin printers. A very neat addition to any printing setup.

I'm ordering a new Flexi plate for my mars 5 ultra and I've been waiting for 11 days for the item to be dispatched to me. It hasn't left their warehouse yet...

Moreover they aren't responding to my chasing emails. Several emails across a few days have gone unanswered

I'm in the strange situation where I might have to use visa chargeback to get my money back.

...this is some really bad customer service.

Spent my lunch hour calling their phone number (internationally). Called a dozen times at 9am and 11am Florida time, nobody picked up. Finally got through and had to argue with the sales guy to make my point that this is really bad customer service and that I thought I had been ripped off. Found out that my order shipped earlier in the week.
Sales rep said that he would send a follow up email, 6 hours later I haven't received it.

Next time I'll just buy from someone else. Lesson learnt.

These build plates are lovely—much better for me than other plates.

Don't get me wrong—I hated the plates when I first got them, but I realised that I needed to calibrate my filaments (even for filaments from the same manufacturer as your printer); otherwise, you may be over-extruding. An over-extruded filament won't stick to the plate. I had this issue with my BBL X1C and BBL PLA filament, which you would have assumed would work out of the box, but it didn't.
