It was a process - the scope of updates to my CV slowly but surely crept. I noticed my CV needed a much needed overhaul from wording, structure, summaries. Then I noticed I need to consider ATS, and finally it hit me I need to think of AI nowadays. Last time I actually paid attention to it was couple of years ago during mentorship, which sparked the question - if I only had the opportunity to outsource the task.

Less than helpful honestly

While they post remote jobs that available and little tidbits on how to at least get an interview, I have yet to see any follow through. You can have the perfect resume and apply and you are still left hanging. Great site to see the remote positions, but no prospective of actually getting an interview.

I send them all the information requested to create a CV and with a few suggestions, I have a great technical CV. During all the process I was inform how long it will take.

Responded to my inquiries in a very timely manner and really gave me a good idea of how my resume should look like .
