An amateur organization that tries to exploit loopholes in the law, threatens neighbors, and tries to force people to do what it wants.

I loved renting a room at WEVLC. They are a bit more expensive compared to other rooms, but the difference is that WEVLC is a community for internationals and promotes co-living. It’s an easy way to meet new people, and their customer service is amazing and personal.

It was a very easy process from the start. They are very professional and the apartments are super modern. I love it!

My stay in Valencia with Welvc has been excellent. When I was searching, I was a bit afraid because I contacted them from a distance and couldn’t visit the rooms, but I trusted them, and they have been very kind — especially Isabell, who helped me with the whole process, welcomed me to the apartment, and gave me some extra tips for my stay in Valencia. The apartment is completely renovated with a minimalist design, and my flatmates were international and very kind. I totally recommend the agency !

Amazing agency if you are looking for a shared apartment in Valencia. The people working there are super friendly and helpful. Besides the renting of apartments, weVLC is a great community that allows you to join a network of young professionals.

Beautiful apartments and an amazingly helpful team at weVLC! We moved into an apartment in Madrid around three months ago, and the onboarding process was incredibly fast and smooth. The team gives personalized attention, treats you with genuine care, and responds quickly and effectively to any questions or issues. weVLC is definitely by far the best property management company I’ve ever dealt with. Beautiful apartments, helpful stuff, nice gatherings

Great apartment! The room was nice, and I had a private balcony. It was the perfect setup to feel at home from the first night onwards, with the room being fully equipped. Common areas were clean, and the roommates were all amazing. The team was also very quick to answer and help—before, during, and even after my stay. I would recommend it to anyone.

I lived for a few months in an apartment from weVLC, and it was a beautiful home with always great service from them.

I had a great time living there. The service was perfect, everything was well communicated and I actually loved the place and my roommates. It felt like home immediately. Of course, you have to have luck with the roommates. There was an issue with the apartment due to construction im the apartment above, but that’s not weVLCs fault and they were incredibly nice and responsive to solve the isssues. Would recommend to friends and use again for short term stays!

We have been in contact with weVLC for a short-term rent in Valencia. The girls with whom we have been talking with have been very supportive and helpful, very quick in their answers. Also the signing of contract was very easy. Unfortunately we cannot recommend this agency because they charged us 300€ for cleaning without having sent any receipts and without having agreed to a specific hourly rate for that (the apartment was 20 sqm and had many issues)

I really enjoyed my time at the apartment from weVLC. It was nice and tidy and everything was as promised. The communication with weVLC was always quick and easy! 100% recommendable

I had a really nice stay in Valencia and was happy to live in the accomodation. It was Clean, I was Happy with my flatmates, It was so near the sea and the company helped me with everything I needed. Perfect for a research stay like mine.

Probably my best experience in Valencia. I've been living in vlc for four months as I was doing an internship at the hospital. I didn't know Valencia nor anybody there and I was struggling finding a place to live and making some friends. WeVLC gave me both; A huge, beautiful, fully furnished and brand new flat, in the best neighborhood in vlc and some amazing friends (to live with and to connect with as the community was growing bigger and bigger)

I am living in Spain for 3 years now. Finding an apartment has always been on of the biggest issues. Landlords that you can’t trust and it already lost the deposit two times. Last half year I decided the rent at WeVLC, I liked the clear communication and the well fixed apartments. I stayed in the neighbourhood Patriax, and enjoyed my stay a lot. For a good price everything was taking care of and a 10x better experience then with my previous landlords. If you want a great price/service balance, I would definitely recommend WeVLC!
