Great service from Mark - plenty of notice, very polite, very easy booking service! Better yet, unknowingly sorted my boiler issue due to a blocked condensate pipe, saving me a fortune! Best £120 I have ever spent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company

A thoroughly positive experience
A thoroughly positive experience all round. Very helpful in keeping me informed about arrival time. Mark was extremely polite, curtious and explained each procedure that he needed to carry out with simple words! Very interesting to have the camera view too. I think the visit was well worth the money and done and dusted in the same day of making the booking online. I would highly recommend.

All round great service
All booked online, arrived in 1 hour same day. Nice guy, very personable, unblocked the drain with rod quite quickly (I thought that's annoying, could have done that myself) but he didn't just leave, he put a camera in the drains to make sure no problems, founds some roots blocking further down, cut them out, checked the neighbours manhole. Found some cracks and advised me on how to take it up with Thames Water before spending any money myself.
Will definitely use them for any drain problems in future!

Amazing. I can not falut this company
I can not falut this company. I called to speak to someone first and Sean was very helpful, talked me through their process and reassured me. Kyran was the engineer that came out and he was amazing, he listened to the problems I'd had and was very thorough in finding what the problem was. He quickly fixed it, no mess, no drama.
I would recommend this company in an instant.
