Great red light therapy mask
My order took longer than expected to arrive but the product was well worth it. Their LED face mask feels great to wear. I've always been a huge fan of red light therapy

It’s broken I guess
It’s broken I guess. 2 times it worked really good . But the little light was never on even after charging and it stops working after 30 sec and gets super hot :( wish it would work can imagine that it’s a great tool….

Faulty unit initially but whole product replaced promptly
Had received a faulty wand which didn’t charge. Customer service were prompt in looking into the matter and shipped another one immediately.
Received it today and this one works perfectly. Thank you customer service.

Awesome item! After one week of use my skin feels very soft and I see small changes on my skintone, very excited about further results!

Unfortunately my first order got lost along the way. And when I contacted customer service, I simply got a response and help within 5 minutes! That was incredible, I have never experienced such fast service. Not only did the staff assign me a new order, but they also credited me with the serum for WeThera as a gift. I had been waiting a while for my order, starting to think it was never coming, when a person from WeThera reached out and asked how i was liking my order. I told them i had not recived it yet and no updates. This person did, over the span of a few days, not stop untill they found my order that had been misplaced and canceled by mistake! They then asked for my permission to resend it and it is now in my hands👌🏼 so first round on face tonight with the wand and serum and i can’t wait to see my results after some time.
