Returning issue
I had a very disappointing experience with wethenew .
I recently purchased a pair of Air Jordan 1 Mid Mystic Navy Mint Foam shoes and found them to be a bit tight. I only tried them on inside my home to check the fit, which resulted in a slight amount of dust on the bottom of the shoes from my floor. Despite the shoes being in perfect condition otherwise and never worn outside, my return was denied due to this minor issue.
Their strict return policy does not accommodate honest customers who simply need to check the fit of their purchase. The refusal to process my return over a little dust that can be easily cleaned shows a lack of understanding and flexibility. This experience has been quite disappointing, and I expected better customer service from a reputed company like wethenew. I will nit suggest you to buy anything if you are not 100% sure about fit and anything

Shoes' costs higher than average. 48H shipping service useless as the shipping is made via standard courier ant it takes approx a week. Inefficient customer service. The method of return/refund is artfully complex and unclear both in the description on the site and in the procedure to be carried out. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Sold a pair few weeks ago, package arrived and no update from wethenew, emailed them and they say the box came empty with no shoes inside... what a joke company, seen a bunch comments about the same issue here so it's a typical procedure with the company, since they are downfalling in value they decide to add tax for fast payments and now pays in 30 work days, but since that's not enough to recover the losses they start to steal shoes.

Pure scammers
Pure scammers, sold a pair PKZtz3m in november, they stole the product, got ignored a bunch of times and after 5 months they tell me they can't do a thing and I should fix it myself when they were the ones making issues. Do not sell here, do not buy from here.
