Excellent advisor and but WeSwitchU calculation misleading
Our advisor Cian was excellent. Extremely efficient, competent and professional. We are delighted with the service overall. However, I was a bit disappointed that the 10% switching fee was based on a much higher comparative price than the total amount I had come to ‘WeSwitchU’ with. I had done my own research first and had managed to reduce our electricity and gas bills myself: ultimately it meant WeSwitchU saved us roughly €200 but WeSwitchU looked at the highest amount the original provider could charge and calculated that they saved us €900 and not €200 so obviously the fee to be paid to WeSwitchU was substantially higher and resulted in a much less saving overall than if I had remained with original provider. I was still happy with the service but would think twice about using the service again as how the difference / fee is calculated is misleading. That does not take away from the fact that our advisor was excellent.

I have been using WeSwitchU for about 8 years. It's great. It does all the work for me and I have saved about €350 per year. That's over €2,600. That has paid for one holiday for two. But the best thing is how effortless it all is.
