The most horrible customer service i have ever experienced. DO NOT ORDER from here. They will take you money and leave you without a product (in my case a sofa i ordered well in advance) for 4 months and counting. They will not even update you when the new delayed delivery date will be, only when you ask and then gaslight you to say that they emailed and it went to spam (it didn't)
buy your furniture from literally anywhere so that you dont have to deal with this nightmare of a company.

Worse option ever
I have bought this sofa and I was very happy as it is one of the sofa beds that do not look as a sofa bed. I was super excited about it to arrive considering the fact that my relatives were coming to visit me so I really needed it.
When the sofa arrived, I was asked to pay for the delivery and the building services. Something that was never said at the moment I purchased however, I had not problem with that. The problem is that the sofa came with two same side pieces which made impossible to build it.
The delivery company left all the pieces in my living room as it was a storage. When I emailed Westwing the only response was that they could offer me the pick up of the wrong huge pieces for free and the next delivery could be 2 months after.
After several email the corrected the new delivery date for 3 months.
This is really not the services I expect from Westwing. Cero empathy and solutions.
Very disappointed!

The delivery is free of charge, the additional costs were incurred because a requested date was chosen with a narrow time window. We have subsequently paid these costs to the shipping company and apologise for the irritation. I will be happy to personally take care of the further processing of the planned exchange. Very untrustworthy !
This company is happy to ignore it's customers whenever there's a question or a problem.
They owe me 116€ in (EU) taxes to pay back, according to their previous information from their very own customer service, but simply ignore emails & contact form inputs.
Fraudulent may be even better than untrustworthy :)
