Brandon Williams and Josiah Huntley were amazing from the time they arrived until they completed their work. They were attentive to details and kept me informed every step along the way. They also cleaned the area around the entry door inside and out. Simply put, they did a superb job. Thank you,

We feel bittersweet about the experience.
Steve and Landon were our installers and did a great job.
The install went quite well, the installers were very knowledgeable, understanding, and very helpful.
Now for the company and sales side...
We feel the free quote sales tactics were a bit aggressive (Was told it was the last day for the special promotional price, but no pressure). In our project we were removing a wall to expanding the shower area, were told we needed a new floor as well due to a 3” x 5” untiled area that would be left when removing the wall. So, we were quoted a walk-in shower remodel and a new floor in the bathroom. Was given a quote with a "good for 1-Year price", and a promotional price and shown what the discount was. Be advised if you cancel all together after the 3-day period, you are required to pay 35% of non-discounted contract price. Didn’t hear about those terms in the sales pitch or highlighted in the details when signing the electronic contract.
Before the work was to begin, we decided the floor was unnecessary because the tile floor was still in great shape, so we requested the change order to exclude the layover flooring. Note the entire surface comprised of: The shower 70 Square Foot of product; the floor was 63 Square Foot of product. You would have expected a 25% to 30% reduction – for flooring, new base boards & labor. When the price was redone, the promotional discounts were taken away so the new price was only 11% less than the original contract "Promotional Price". I don't feel the company Policies & Sales practices and policies are customer focused. Let's just say, I feel they have all the protection per the contract, very little for the consumer. The product is good, albeit pricey. Note - To deal with the space left by the removed wall, the tile that was cut around the wall was removed and a whole time was set in place (No need for an entire new floor).
The Facts.
They may propose items you don’t need to get around an imperfection that may be easily fixable.
You have three days (excluding Sundays) to cancel the contract you have entered - reminder they are not open weekends to deliver/telegram your intent to cancel.
If changes to project are requested - Any Sales Discounts on the original quote may be lost – they do not itemize the phases of work being completed.
If canceled after the three day "rescission period" you will be charged 35%, or any cost incurred by West Shore Homes (Whichever is larger, per the contract).
Would we have signed the contract for the amount we ended up having to pay without discounts, probably not. But hey we get a 10% reduction as a repeat customer. Wonder how many people are cashing in on that promo? Most likely not us.
We recently had our tile shower replaced and are very pleased with the finished product. Willie W. and Roy A. were a team of excellent professional men that performed the work. They were very informative through the process and literally did a perfect job. No complaints at all! Thank you for this great team of professionals you sent our way! We were very pleased through the whole process and highly recommend West Shore Home!

Horrible. They rip you off. We ordered a door. They ordered a door 4inches smaller to make a bigger profit. Then made us take it. Then they didn't bring the screen. Come to find out They gave it to another customer. The installer showed up when he wanted to not when the appt was. The manager lied to us. They reordered the screen 6 weeks later still no screen. No communications. They are horrible and won't give us a discount for there screw up. Its been a horrible ordeal. DO NOT USE THEM. Till this day we still dont have our screen. But they want there money. Rip off artists.

Misleading sales promises, measurement errors caused multiple re-vists. We chose Westshore after meeting with Abram, who outlined options and assured us he would coordinate and attend the install. The installation team was polite, but initial measurements were wrong and essential materials were missing. Although the contract required the shower be ready on installation day, the errors meant teardown and rework were necessary. The crew returned twice more; the project took several extra visits and time to complete. Given the cost and the inconvenience, I cannot recommend Westshore based on our experience!

My boyfriend and I received a quote, but decided at our appointment to keep the one-year guarantee on that quote and continue shopping around. The employee who came to our home was very kind until we declined the quote - he instantly became condescending and rude and made us uncomfortable in our own home. Instead of gentle nudging to try to get us to take the offer, which we understand is his job, he started shaking his head at us while we filled out his in-person review and spoke down to us about not moving forward. We felt so uncomfortable that we left a positive review on his form out of fear of his declining behavior. For these reasons, as well as a quote of $19,000 on a small shower remodel, we will not be contacting West Shore again and will urge anyone who needs work done on theirs to find a kinder and less gouging place to go.

Installation of bathroom remodel took over five weeks. We had to accept minimal compensation for the inconvenience. Surprised the sales consultant kept his job.

I had a horrible experience with West Shore. What I paid for and was promised was far different than what I received after having a crew at my house for 2 days. The shower was fine, the new toilet worked, but the trim work and flooring was the absolute worse case I’ve ever laid eyes on. The men obviously knew nothing about measuring and cutting a floor, laying it, or how to properly install baseboard. The corner baseboard joints didn’t touch, the baseboard wasn’t flush with the wall, nor was it sealed with caulk (although they did get caulk on my new carpet in an attached room), the flooring didn’t go under the door frame, which they cut too short and can never be fixed. They did not put any quarter round down! The door threshold was cut too short and the ends were filled in with a round glob of caulk. My salesman told me I didn’t need to cover the furniture in the adjoining room and after demolition, the furniture and bedding had an inch of grit and grime on it. I had to vacuum my bed before pulling the covers back! Their dirty shoes left dark marks on my carpet because they didn’t take care with the floor covers. They broke the wand on my window blinds and left it on my dresser without telling me it was broken. Then the crew team leader had the nerve to ask for a 5 star rating!! Seriously? I had to rant and rave to get another crew out here to tear out the floor and all the trim work and do it right. However, no one informed me a new team was coming! I didn’t know they were scheduled until they rang my doorbell at 8:30 one morning. Who does that?? After 5 days, I now have a bathroom that looks good, but I suffered high blood pressure and loss of sleep over it. They are lucky I gave them 2 stars.
And the guy that headed up my job no longer works for West Shore. Too bad he wasn’t fired before my job!

Easy to contact. Easy to schedule. GREAT team of installation people!! Marquis was an exceptional "lead," and he and Chris were here for day two of our bathroom renovations. Everyone who worked on project 610091, which was a two-day project, was knowledgeable, helpful, and considerate. One glitch was damage to sheetrock, but Gary Reilly took care of that in a timely manner. Everyone gets a 5-Star review from our household!
