They are a scam!

I'm really sad that I didn't see these reviews before ordering. If I can help save anyone else from doing the same thing, like others I have been scammed by this company. They have taken my money but there is no bag. They don't respond to emails and the phone number doesn't work. Please don't give them any of your hard-earned cash. I have reported them to Trading Standards.

Ordered a bag on 31/12/2021

Ordered a bag on 31/12/2021, money has been taken from my account but have sent emails with no response chasing delivery. I'm unsure if I will ever receive the bag which is frustrating and disappointing.

No customer service whatsoever.

There is no fault in the product itself, but I have tried to contact the company for delayed delivery first and for an exchange later on, I was completely ignored both times. I will request a chargeback through my credit card but I am overly disappointed aside for the money, cause it was a present for my partner and he now does not have one. Listen to the reviews and spend your money somewhere else

No communication, no tracking information, no bag

Ordered a rucksack as a birthday present, I've been waiting 3 weeks since I ordered and still not received my order. This delay meant I didn't have the bag for their birthday either.
Their website allows for tracking orders with order number and email, however it doesn't recognise my order. I've tried to contact them about tracking details but have heard nothing back. I've checked my spam folder and there's nothing there either.
Do not order from them. Even if they are a legitimate company, their lack of communication and issues with tracking information made this order a terrible decision.

Received bag but ignored for return

I received my bag in about a week, slower than I would hope but did arrive as described.

My issue was I contacted them to request to return the item as I bought a different bag and 4 emails and 8 days later no reply!

Have had the cost written off by CC company but would avoid using them.

No order confirmation or delivery

Like many other customers, I have not received a confirmation email after purchasing a bag, nor a tracking number. I have no idea if or when my bag will arrive. I have also not received a reply to my emails that I have sent.

I DID NOT RECEIVE BAG. Do not purchase from here, no emails answers and the phone number does not work. Too good to be true for sure. avoid unless you want to waste your money.

They ignore your messages and delete your comments

This company is awful. Its 2 weeks + and no confirmation, no bag, money gone and no replies...
I've emailed 3 times, opened a paypal case, messaged on instagram and had only silence in return.
The WORST part is, I commented on their instagram photo asking where my bag was and why I had heard nothing and instead of replying to any of my messages they just deleted my comment.
No bag is worth this wait and every bit of my experience feels like I'm being completely scammed.

Have emailed twice. Left a message on Facebook. No response.

Paid for the item only to find no receipt, no order confirmation, no acknowledgement that this company is at all legitimate. Well over the 10 days maximum estimated delivery and this is unnerving.
I wouldnt mind the protracted wait if I just knew my money hadnt been spunked into the ether.
Please respond!

Edit- the item arrived today! Not opened yet as it’s my daughters but at least it’s finally here. Shame I didn’t get a response when enquiring.
She’s really happy with her bag, it seems like a good quality product and the delay wasn’t excessive in the end.
I finally had an email reply (possibly due to this review) explaining staff shortages had meant there’s been literally nobody to do customer service. I’ve increased my rating but despite it being a great bag, I feel it shouldn’t be over 3 stars if there’s no receipt, assurance or response given to customers who have parted with hard earned cash.

No way to communicate

No tracking. No replies to email. Phone number doesn't work. Item finally arrived but now trying to get a refund and guess what you need to contact them first. Complete nightmare. Avoid
