I booked my car in here for full alloy wheel refurbishment, powder coating and brake calliper painting. I was unhappy with the finish on collection and they agreed to re-do them. Second time around the wheel finishes were worse than the first with numerous inclusions in the paint and orange peel. I don’t live that near to them so this involved 2 further long trips and not having my car for another week). When I explained that I still wasn’t happy they became aggressive and tried to fob me off saying “it’s a refurb mate, it’s not going to be perfect”. This was from the director of the company and is clearly nonsense - anyone who knows anything about paint work can see that the issue is the poor quality of workmanship. Rather than address the issues with the quality of their work they told me that they would refund the cost. However, they didn’t refund in full and still owe me £100. They have ignored the emails I’ve sent chasing (to an email address that I’ve had messages from previously, so I know it’s correct).

If you want a professional and courteous experience and a proper high quality job I would avoid this outfit.

Came to these guys with some kerbed wheels, and new tyres. They happily fitted the new tyres after the refurb, and the finish is outstanding! Super happy with the quality, and quick turnaround time too.

Their online tracker helps keep you informed of the wheel progress, and I'll be using these guys in future for any other wheel jobs. Very reasonably priced too. Super Chrome came out perfect 👌

All friendly and knowledgeable staff. Fitted my new wheels today, needed spacers. so they contacted the dealers and ordered them straight away. If you want wheels, calipers painted or anything like that, they are the people to go to

Professional and skilled my wheels were a mess! scuffed/chipped/corroded and patched by previous drivers. WWR have done an amazing job - they look beautiful.

They worked on my bmw 630gt.
My diamond cut wheels were badly spidered and had small kerb marks on them so I decided to go for the powder coat finish instead. I am happy with my black chrome finish as they set my car off beautifully. Well done lads and Thank you. Second visit in February wasn't so good. They had my car for 5days for one wheel to be done again because of very slight kerbing. After not hearing from them after 3 days i rang to be told the cars ready. Traveled 30 miles to pick up my car only to see that they had sprayed my wheel jet black gloss and it stuck out like a sore thumb. First they tried to fob me off saying its just a different shade and then admitted that it was completely the wrong colour. No apologies just that it would be ready the following Monday and they would call me. No phone call forthcoming so phoned them only to be told that they hadn't had time to do it so they would phone me Tuesday. Again no phone call so i rang them at 5pm and was told it was done. So i went over to pick the car up. They had had it from the previous Wednesday until the following Tuesday. One wheel ! Not one apologie. I asked to speak to the boss but he was busy. So not impressed by their customer service. Full price paid. Another Word of Warning, where your car is left out side it gets covered in products from their vents, I now have to have the outside of my car decontaminated by a vehicle valeter . THE SECOND DATE IS WRONG AS THIS OCCURED on the 12th of February until the 18th of February.

Really great company, efficient, friendly, did a great repair job and for a very fair price.

James and team did a fantastic refurb and colour change on four C63 Black Series wheels and refreshed the four calipers. A top job very high quality, did in a super quick time at a really good price. I recommend and am going to use again very soon on the second car.

Phoned WWR first time ever this morning 09.00am spoke to James about my two buckled (pothole damage) near side 19" alloys. Drove 35 miles to his place and job was done and completed by 11.30 am!! Fantastic service and good price too. Thank you James and team. Tom

Great overall service, worked with Leo and James, and James came out to me to undertake the mobile wheel repair. Good as new after the repair, good price and service. Would highly recommend.

One diamond cut alloy for refurb. First time the wheel was returned with some damage that wasn’t there before. Good response and did the job again. Received the wheel second time, there is coating missing in places on the back, not that you see this but it’s poor attention to detail. The clear coat is somewhat hazy/cloudy in places, difficult to describe but not as good as the original coating. The wheel centre cap would not stay in place, nor would the wheel sit on the the wheel hub, this meant having to remove coating from the centre hole of the wheel, this may have been done if they refitted the wheel but it’s an inconvenience none the less. If not refitting the wheels, they should at least be prepped for fitting. The bolt holes crunched of some coating as expected when fitting the wheel, but left a mess when removing the wheel, large chunks of clear coat looking like coming off. It will be sitting in the boot as a spare as I’m not convinced it will stand up to the elements. Wouldn't use again. In response to the the reply received, my name is clearly not Simon, and this review is about the second time the wheel was received, if that is an “excellent” standard there is a big problem. Please specify somewhere I can send pictures of your excellent work.

Brilliant service, had all 4 wheels refurbed into gloss black, took a little longer than expected as the wheels needed a little extra work but well worth the wait.

Amazing guy's amazing work. I would highly recommend these guys for wheel refurbishment as my wheels look like they did when the car came out the showroom. Friendly and helpful and thank you guys.

It was very straight forward just to ring and book the car in. We had an appointment the following day on the Wednesday am and left our car there for the wheels to be refurbished. A phone call on Thursday pm told us the car was ready for collection. Our new glossy black wheels transformed a beautiful car into a stunning car. Am really really pleased with the work carried out. Would recommend Weston Wheels to anyone wanting an excellent job done - great service from start to finish, quality work done. Thanks guys!!

I have 20inch Rotiform’s and after having two of my wheels badly refurbed and poorly colour matched by another company, to say I was disappointed was an understatement! Then I found WWR! Absolutely brilliant service dropped wheels on a Saturday was told would b done for the Wednesday evening Tuesday morning got a txt there ready l, turned up to collect and they look fantastic from badly curbed and chipped matt black to a gloss black smooth immaculate wheels. Top service will definitely use again.
