i ordered a meat saw with the replacement blades, was not notified that these would be two different shipments, ended up costing me the order's value in additional shipping outside of the USA as i live abroad, the blades came in a box that could fit a car engine.
The ONE STAR has nothing to do with the meat grinder, but the actual company itself. I had shipping damage with video and picture proof from the day I received the grinder. I tried contacting the company for advice because the unit was DROPPED by the shipper along the way. I mean really dropped with both external and internal box damage. The unit appeared bent and I wanted to know if it was okay to use. After multiple emails, no one has reached out to me yet. It has been 12 days. The phone number is a recording that tells you to go to their website. I filled a complaint with the BBB/Better Business Bureau and noticed that they have an "F". I could not imagine what it would be like to try and get warranty work done.
