My experience of this company is really positive. My boiler was installed by them. The engineers who service the boiler annually for me are polite, professional and efficient. If I have any questions concerning my boiler they are always happy to give help and information.

Westmancoat have looked after our plumbing and heating needs for over twenty years, and we have highly recommended them to other owners in our apartment block. We have recently had a new boiler installed and replacement shower fittings, all completed by Adrian to his usual high standard. We have found his knowledge and experience invaluable, together with his friendly manner, and his care in ensuring that everything is left clean and tidy on completion. Westmancoat after-service also ensures safety and peace of mind.

We recently experienced a repeated but inconsistent boiler fault and in spite of the company being very busy they found an early slot to investigate. The fault was diagnosed and quickly corrected (a faulty/old component). Having dealt with the company for very many years it was pleasing to have our confidence yet again reinforced.

We had a new radiator fitted. The heating engineer was prompt, efficient and talked me through the process. On top of the fitting he also bled the other radiators.
