Prodotto difettoso assistenza deludente

I am writing this review to express my disappointment regarding a Lip Suede Matte Lipstick purchased in January 2026. The product was defective and unusable from the very first day, showing clear signs of alteration in its formula (scent and texture).I contacted Westman Atelier’s customer service, and while they confirmed the batch is within its shelf life, they simply redirected me to the retailer. The retailer is unable to assist, leaving me with a high-end, expensive product that I cannot use.As a customer who appreciates the brand’s aesthetic, I am saddened to see a lack of direct responsibility for a clear manufacturing defect. I have all the documentation to support my claim. I hope this feedback encourages a more professional management of my case and a fair solution.

Beautiful products and lovely people

I visited Selfridges while in London and stopped at the Westman Atelier counter. I was served so warmly and felt welcoming from the start, which made a big difference as I didn’t really know the brand at all. I explained I had very little product knowledge and the lady at the counter named Saisha took her time with me, which I really appreciated. No rushing at all. She looked at my skin and guided me through everything very calmly and clearly. I’ve since been using the products and I’m very pleased with them. They feel light on the skin and give a really healthy, polished look without being heavy.
What stood out most though was my experience. I am quite fussy and Saisha was so patient, smiling and genuinely attentive throughout. It felt like a very personal service, not just a quick counter interaction.
A really positive experience overall, and I would happily return.

Khol Noir Eye Pencil Very Disappointing

Really pleased with the Trace Contour Stick in Biscuit, followed by Eye Pods Toujours & Les Jours, the colours are lovely, buildable, easy to apply with a finger or brush & there’s no fall out, they stay put, apart from Cafe Creme & Beige which dissolve
into a greasy mess within 10 minutes of application. Beware of the Khol Noir Eye Pencil, its easy to apply then dissolves into a greasy thicker line, especially at the outer corners and under the bottom lashes within 20 minutes of application and almost disappears! lt was removed, the area cleaned and reapplied 4 times on dry skin, using no other product or primer with the same result. My skin isn’t greasy, no other brand of eye-pencil has ever done this, l'm very disappointed.

CUSTOMER CARE

The sales assistants are SOOOOOOOOOO RUDE in the Harrods branch.
I wanted to try a foundation which cost 70pounds.
she refused me and said as I was STAFF I was unable to use it.
I told her I purchased a lot of products in Harrods and am A BLACK TIER card holder meaning you have spent over 10.000 pounds.

I am shocked and disgusted that they have such a rude and narrow minded team.

not the first time they have had snobby rude behavior.

I will take my business elsewhere.

Zero customer service

Zero customer service! The parcel was never delivered, and no customer support is available to correct the issue. I had to reach out to my Amex to obtain a refund.

Products are marketed as 'clean' yet…

Products are marketed as 'clean' yet when it comes to Customer service ie concerns, good luck getting an answer or even acknowledging they made a mistake on an order. Was told we'd receive a discount yet their CS claim that just isn't the case. So essentially they either have people giving you incorrect information, or employees who are being untruthful. They then proceed to explain that your claim never happened as they looked it up and there is no history of what you're saying. Who is running this company and how are they this irresponsible, careless with their prior history of customer interactions? Unprofessional with a Superior ELITIST Attitude.

Additionally, should a concern arise, there is no phone number, you're forced to deal with incompetent employees via email. Westman Atelier website has a section for reviews, all 5 star, which just isn't authentic. No company has thousands of reviews that are all positive, which shows how incredibly untruthful, deceitful they are. If a company can't show real reviews, why would you want to give them your business. Add into the fact that it's been scrubbed on the internet who Gucci really is and her family background. It doesn't exist, no transparency. Her birth name is CHELSEA, not Gucci. The entire company lacks transparency, authenticity and honesty. There are too many brands that sell clean make up that won't drain your entire life savings. Anytime a company relies heavily on the filthy world of celebrity to endorse their product, that is a RED FLAG. Products that are great don't need Hollywood to peddle their goods.

International buyers beware!

International buyers beware: when you buy directly from their website they charge you “duty and tax”. This is about 20%. When you receive your package, you have to pay import taxes again (also 20%).
Ive contacted WA about this, but they told me they couldn’t do anything about this. Very disappointed ☹️

Worst customer service

Worst customer service

I originally contacted WM-Atelier in June 2022 with a question regarding an ingredient used in their product. Now about 8 months later, I am sorry to say that such customer inquiries are not taken seriously at all.

First, my mails were not answered for months, then I finally received an absolutely useless answer. So I got back to them again… no answer. Then I tried to contact WM-Atelier via Instagram. Again, no help, they told me to please email customer service (ha, ha, ha - guess what I've been doing for months...!) Finally - after countless of unsuccessful follow-ups - I asked for a supervisor to contact me. And tadadaaa: a supervisor named "Liz" actually responded within 3 minutes (so they actually always got my mails….!!!) - by simply copy/pasting the same meaningless response I already received months ago. She didn't even bother to understand my issue! I got back to her immediately, but yes - of course! - I have not heard back from her since then. It is obvious that customer requests are unfortunately not taken seriously at all. Rarely experienced such a bad customer support.

Awesome makeup

Good for my skin products designed in beautiful components. My skin has never broken out when using Gucci’s products. She provides tutorials on how to use them.
