West Malling Carpets were brilliant. Ordering was really easy, and they were so supportive during the long decision-making process — everything was explained clearly and nothing felt rushed. The team was incredibly flexible with the installation date when I had to readjust several times due to delays with building work, which took a huge amount of stress away.
I’m absolutely delighted with the final result and the friendly, professional service throughout. Highly recommend!
