As a self-employed person, I was really concerned about my ability to get a mortgage.

In fact, I’d talk to many mortgage brokers in the past who made me feel like a total nuisance, because my loan would be harder to close.

That all changed when I met Lane.

She immediately put me at ease and we put together a plan to get my new home.

Lane was extremely thorough in helping me collect documentation, she was there for me on nights and weekends when I had questions and, was always happy to help explain the process and things I didn’t understand.

I never felt any question was too silly to ask, and she was unbelievably patient, discreet and the utmost professional throughout.

The proof is in the pudding - Lane got me clear to close within a week of submitting documentation! ONE WEEK. Incredible.

Lane also did what most brokers won’t do - she locked in my mortgage rate for 30 days and then checked rates again when I found a home to get me a better rate. As I came to learn, most brokers won’t do that be causing it’s more work for them.

This landed me with a great interest rate on my mortgage. In fact, when I went to the closing, the title company marveled at how I got such a good rate - all I can say is it came down to Lane’s white glove service.

I cannot recommend Lane highly enough. She truly is the gold standard for mortgage brokers. From her white glove service to incredible expertise, I am thrilled to have had the experience working with her. She truly made home buying a breeze.

We recently purchased a house that was FSBO and West Lane not only helped up secure a mortgage with a very competitive interest rate, but was there to answer questions and help us with tasks typically reserved for an experienced real estate agent. I'm hoping this will be our final home purchase but if not I will not hesitate to call West Lane first next time.
