I have a worst experience with WU
I have a worst experience with WU. I sent money from my bank account in the US to my bank in Pakistan around $1792 on May 11. WU charged my account but still it didn't deposit in my account in Pakistan. Also, I tried to send money again, WU blocked me. I am having a great problem with WU. Now I am going to send directly from my bank account.

Fast transfers. Overall good experience. Wish there were more promotions or lower fees. And would like ability to update personal information. Some countries make it difficult to transfer if sender doesn’t have middle name listed, had I known this I would have included my middle name when I created my account.

PAYMENT METHOD PUZZLE
Transactions are smooth, no
problem. However, with the very same debit card I use in my WU account many times, I am steered to Google Pay to pay for the transaction and denied to use the very same bank, CHASE, that issued the card! Google Pay charge is higher than any other method.
I can't guarantee the dates I've been led to the Google Pay rather than Chase, but have been denied by WU to use the very bank that issued the very card WU has on my account.

A Valued, Regular, customer and sender
I have used Western Union for quite some time. I send $ on a regular every 2 week basis. Suddenly WU held u my sends. I called cust service and explained my fiancée lost everything in a typhoon, including all proof for me to petition her to usa. This has necessitated us having to start all over again getting paperwork and extended time that I send to her. I am no fraud, No money launderer, and not being scammed. Rejection of maximum remittance
WU has made it impossible for me to send maximum remittances via online using my debit card. Therefore, I must use cash, pay the higher fees and the 1% tax.
