Peace of mind

I like the fact that the kiosk gives you the choice of selecting what place specifically the receiver will be picking up the money. It gives me a bit more peace of mind knowing that the transaction will be completed with no issues.

I tried sending money from DE to UAE

I tried sending money from DE to UAE. I want to pay rent. Now I'm stopped by WU as I apparently have reached a 15 day limit.

What limit????? Why am I not informed of this before?
Why a limit if I have the cash??

Customer service has no idea about nothing.
What do I do now?

I have been using Western Union for…



I have been using Western Union for years without any issues, but now I suddenly cannot send money using my bank card anymore. No clear reason or explanation was provided.

This situation is very frustrating because I have always used your service without problems before. I would appreciate it if you could review my account and explain why my card transactions are being blocked.

With the Global Mindset of the Days, You've Become an Integral and Very Important Part of This Experience.
Yes, You're in Businesss for Profit; You Also Offer a Well Needed Service, and You've Been Doing a More than Excellent Job at That; However: I've Experienced Many Ups & Downs with You. I Like Going to the WU Stores, and Greet Your Agents, Most are Very Pleasant, Here and Abroad; But,
You Keep Raising the Send Prices and Now Taxes too...
One Day I Can Use Online, Then You Block It, Then You Allow it; It cost More from Home.........., etc.
You Keep Breaking My Hearth Over, and Over, and Over Again: "First You Love Me, Then You Hate Me, That's a Game For Fools....!" Many Days, Maybe Past 4-6 Months?
