Western Fuel Domestic Boiler Service
WF Engineer, Harry, attended my mother's property in Jan 2025 to perform an annual boiler service. He was friendly, professional and thorough - and found faults the engineer Rob we'd had the previous year (who wasn't from Western Fuel!) should've found and rectified on his visit, as the lower flexi hoses and pump had been clearly leaking for a very long time.
WF are not the cheapest service by any means, but you get what you pay for. I'd pay the £ extra every time to have piece of mind and total confidence that the boiler was working correctly after a Western Fuel service visit.

Emergency Call-out - fantastic service
Jack took my call and after a short wait on hold was able to arrange an engineer for within the hour on a Saturday. Harry arrived within 25 mins of me making the call. He was polite and quickly ascertained the issue - a faulty photoelectric cell. He fixed the issue and then stayed to make sure the system was working properly before he left. He explained everything clearly. A credit to your company. Thank you to both Jack & Harry for their excellent service.

This company consistently provide excellent service. They always deliver on time and keep you advised straight away if there is any unforeseen problem. Their drivers are polite, efficient and never quibble about awkward access issues…..they just take it in their stride.

Not all super heroes wear capes
Having been very badly let down and left without oil for over 3 weeks (my only source of heating and hot water) during the coldest period of the year by a company whom I had used for over 10 years, Western Fuel stepped up and came to my rescue. Very helpful office staff, a happy, friendly driver/delivery man and an emergency delivery within 2 days. I will be staying with them and highly recommend their service.

I am recently bereaved and for the past 30 years my husband always did the ordering from Western Fuel. I rang them explaining I would like to have regular three monthly deliveries and the people I spoke to were very kind and understanding. I am now on a three monthly schedule for deliveries so I don’t have to worry about running out of oil. The drivers are helpful, polite and communications are excellent.
