Right from the start once we submitted drawings, letting us know delivery dates and install which was very good and the finished product was excellent.
We opted for Velfac 200, they look great.

What makes this company stand out is outstanding customer service from start to finish. I had Velfac 200 Energy windows installed for a new self-build so attention to detail was paramount. Composite Windows came to site multiple times before, during and after fitting to ensure the product was perfect. When one of the larger units was difficult to close, they sent their engineers to adjust it but still determined it wasn't perfect, so replaced the entire unit. Its the service we all would hope companies strive to deliver but we typically settle for less. Composite windows really did deliver on my project. They have a great team in the office and at site. I would definitely use them in subsequent projects.

Efficient professionals that can be relied upon for their Standards and Quality of their Work
In late 2017 we moved into a new house with Velfac windows and doors. 5 years later we were experiencing some issues with both windows and doors needing service/repair. The distributor appointed by Velfac to carry out the adjustments was Wescott Construction.
A price for the work was agreed and the 2 engineers thought they would have their work cut out to complete in the day. However they worked speedily and efficiently, explaining what they had done and advising me on future maintenance I could carry out. We were most impressed by their caring courteous approach [disability issues] We would not hesitate in recommending this Firm to others for their quality & reliability.

Very professional from start to finish.
Our windows install has just completed and were very happy with work done by Westcott Construction. The attention to detail and care taken was exceptional. Several very large/heavy windows were installed and they are millimetre perfect. The Westcott employees take a real sense of pride in their work.
