I really like westcoastsupply, once I place my order, the description said it would be here within 2 weeks but it actually came in 1 week, I live in nunavut and the fact that I got my order a week after placing the order is awesome. Good grass

The time it took from the moment I placed my order to the time I got a confirmation and tracking number was very fast!
I appreciate the free shipping when you hit a certain amount and recieving the bonus gift, it shows they appreciate us shopping there.
I would order from here again!

Dint get my order

These people are thieves. They stole $163.25 from me for an order that I put in a year ago. WCS took my money and never filled the order. They have refused to answer my emails. My advice is that you should not have anything to do with West Coast Supply ever.

This is awesome and easy to use, shipped and delivered

4 defective vapes on 3 separate orders. Then the hassles begin as they wear you down with ever higher hoops. I gave them a chance to salvage 2 customers with a measly $45 credit and that's after a miraculous (for me) video they received of my sucking in vain. They declined and lost 2 lifetime customers. Dumb, but reading other reviews, typical. Off to Get Kush which has wow service so far.

I had 2 items missing out of 3 on my last order. I've written 3 emails, no reply. There is no phone number to contact anyone. I am not impressed and will not be returning unless someone rectifies this situation as I can't afford to pay for something, then not receive it. UPDATE- I was able to find a different email to them and was sent replacements for the missing items. Will shop again now that it’s been rectified.

We placed a large order back in October 2023, but the order was never sent. They spent more time writing excuses, "so sorry it looks like it was missed"... "So sorry we will send next business day etc'. Nothing was ever sent. They accepted the money though, no problem. I contacted them over and over, only to be ghosted.
Fast forward to today July 7 2024..... Still no refund, still no product, still no response!
Again, If you buy from these con artists, you are facilitating these scammers! Make no mistake, there are many of us! Do not risk it! Do now allow them to keep ripping people off!

Everything I've bought from West Coast Supply has been top quality products from flowers to concentrates. Always ships fast, and they were very helpful when Canada post once lost my order. My last order of tinctures and distillate even came with a surprise freebie.

Well, I usually have great service with west coast supply. On my last order, on my birthday on top of that, one item I didn't receive with and it's been a week and I cant get anyone from west coast supply to acknowledge any of my correspondence through contact us email or even the banking email. And no phone number located anywhere on their page. Very disappointed and I don't think I'll buy from them again. Very unprofessional!
