They sent me the wrong size of Nelson pants, ive ordered M but received large, the order number is 4339617497135 , tried to contact them but no response, i feel bad as there is no telephone nor customer service to which i to speak about the issue as i want an exchange or to return the wrong size

Emailed 4 times over space of 3 weeks and still
No reply on returning something for bigger sizes!
Yet they still constantly email me promotions!

Ordered a pair of snowboard pants from them and after taking so long to arrive even though I paid extra for the express delivery, the pair never arrived. I contacted them several times and no response. I will definitely avoid this company in the future. Great if you get your item, but if you don't get it or there is an issue with it. Good luck getting a response from this company.

Returning goods is a pain in the a**. They'll send to Germany for free, but returns have to be sent back to GB (at ones own cost). Worst thing is though, the return process seems to be taking forever. Parcel was received two weeks ago -nothing.

I ordered a Penrose jacket. It arrived in good time, and is great quality. It's really lightweight, with excellent wind and water-proofing, and lots of useful features.

Ordered some Westbeach pants recently and by mistake ordered a size too small. I messaged WB about this and they had no problem swapping them for a larger size. Got the replacement in good time too.

I bought a lovely westbeach jacket in their sale. When it arrived I realised the pocket was not sewn together. I had excellent customer service and was given the option of local repair which they would pay for or to send it I to their repair centre. I did this and was refunded for my postage. HOWEVER that was almost 4 months ago and there is no sign of my jacket! I have e mailed numerous times and have had no reply. No jacket and no refund.. very disappointing. And also not sure where to go now?

I bought a pair of Nelson Pants 17.12.20 which were for work at a indoors slope as I needed a black pair to use. So December only had two days use due to covid lockdown, then again from mid April onwards so only been used for a 2 month period. They have Literally been falling appart after afew weeks use! I have a pair of brown 686 boarding pants which I have had since 2015 used in France, Austria and indoor Ski slope UK and are in better condition than the Nelson Pants. For a snowboarding product designed for mountain use very shocked at the quality of this product. Snowboarding gear should last at least a full snowboard season at best? I've not even use these for freestyle just been for general use at the slope while working.

The seams on the side are coming appart, left pocket pretty much 50% attach I can not use as a pocket as anything will fall out, between the legs coming part and the knees are wearing out very quick as well.

I sent a Message via your website box over a 21.06.21 had no reply? So emailed 28.06.21 you hoping to find some resolve to my Issue with these pants still no reply. I now had to buy another pants Dope from ridestore who have been amazing with me. But I now have a pants just under two months of use 3 days aweek falling appart not very good at all. Customer service is none!!! Not even a phone number to call.

I did manage to get a reply from Beth who was very polite and apploagtic on thier behalf due to the late reply and Issue with the pants so refunded me straight alway. So Beth customer service 5/5 for dealing with it at the end thankyou 👍

I returned two items but only got refunded for one in April. I have emailed West beach so many times without a response. This is taking way to much of my time but find it totally unacceptable to take money and goods from their customers. I still want a full refund plus compensation for my time and hassle. This isn't how to run a good trusted company .

Great customer service, ordered a jacket, found it had some marks on it, they very quickly provided a returns label, and sent out another jacket. The jackets are of a very good quality, would definitely purchase from Westbeach again!!

Hoodie is perfect. Feels good, nice look and perfect fit. Took while for the order to arrive though...about a month and half, but the staff always responded when I e-mailed them for updates. I get that delays are longer because of covid, hope this gets fixed in time.

I have been kitting myself out with Westbeach gear for a few seasons now and think it's great value for the money. Jackets, pants, gloves, fleeces, etc. all seem to be made to a very high quality, warm enough and weather-proof for any kind of conditions.
I love the great new range and colours they bring out each year.
The website is easy to navigate and ordering is very simple and I know the time from ordering to delivery is normally next day.
Just need this blomming covid to go away now so I can get back on the slopes and show off my latest Westbeach outfit.

Excellent customer experience with westbeach! I emailed with short notice to find out if I would receive a delivery in time for my ski holiday and they personally communicated with me to ensure I felt at ease placing the order and getting everything sorted for me. Would highly recommend!

My review is based solely on the coat I have. It's the 25th Anniversary Basecamp Series, Insulated Version. I've been wearing it for 15 years (16th winter). So that in itself should tell you how much I've loved this jacket! I had an implant put in my neck, and then broke my neck the following day. The light weight yet warmth of this coat made it easy for me to wear without abusing my neck any further then it was already experiencing. The coat's zipper is dying this winter...it pulls apart at times and the wrist cuffs are torn from my dogs' leashes. Not bad at all for the age it is!! I'd love another WB jacket that can compare to this one but probably won't be able to afford it now that I'm on a disability income.
I can't review anything about their customer service (very sad to read they need help in that department) as I bought mine at a sporting goods store (3rd party). I love my jacket!!!!

Amazing service. Needed my order the very next day and they sorted it for me straight away. Amazing oh and products good too.

Terrible - I had a bad experience quite a while back now but I thought I'd share it so others are aware of just how low Westbeach are willing to stoop.

I ordered a jacket which never arrived, email after email chasing it up were ignored so I eventually contacted PayPal (thank God I used them) and eventually got refunded. So I left a negative review on Google (Westbeach had a Google review page at the time). I think I was the first to do so but shortly after a few other bad reviews popped up, then all of a sudden out of the blue a load of really positive reviews appear in stark contrast to the others. I did a little digging on Facebook of the names of those who left these glowing reviews and guess what........yep they all worked for; or were friends of those who worked for Westbeach apparel.......what a coincidence. I emailed Westbeach to inform them and they closed the Google review site a day or two later.

Avoid buying direct from them, if you do want any of their stuff (which to be fair is actually decent) buy it from a third party seller not Westbeach them selves.

Purchased a coat that was the wrong size, loved the quality unfortunately it was the wrong size. Got issued and return number and address, refund was issued quickly and the customer service from Vicki was second to none.
