Really good customer service. I dealt with a few of the operators and got great service and a plesant experince. Well done all the team as nothing proved a problem. This is only for the customer service and not not the company as they are woeful and have hidden the part that signs u up to sibscriprion service , read very cafefully and stay clear as i only got my refund if i done a revoew and screen shot it then send it to them. I too have been scammed by this company…
I too have been scammed by this company they have been taking. Money out of my bank account and cannot tell me how I signed up!! I would never use this and have never even looked at their web site ! I queried it and all they reply with is you signed up to it! I never did and never would have ! I will also be telling. My bank know that it is fraudulent as per the comments on trust pilot review. I think it has happened simply by clicking on something in error on Facebook or something ! I want all my money refunded as I would never use this and never do shopping for watch’s or shoes etc. I literally have 3 direct debits and just presumed this was a one off pymt but it appears that they have taken money out for 6 months !!! I have never recd any notification as their rubbish emails went straight to my junk folder ! I am disgusted this has happened.

Angeline spoke well and provided resolution to my concern and committed to remit the membership fee that I initially paid accidently. Sorry, I was just browsing in Shein and suddenly the WeShopForMe appeared and at a glimpse, I was member. I cancelled immediately, then resolved immediately.
