I purchased a rowing machine from wersports in 2020, and it was great, but now I need a new bungee cord for it, and they decline emails or telephone calls. In fact, they don't provide any support at all. I think, in reality, they have gone bust and are trying to sell off the remaining stock.
I advise anyone not to buy anything from them because there will be no support for any of the products.

Purchased the shaker bottles from this company, over the moon with them, got a seperate price at the bottom so you can carry the protein powder with you and mix when and where needed, been brilliant when at the gym, will be ordering some more soon, thank you

Absolute bargain! Have never been able to commit to a gym full time, but having these weights at home have transformed my body and my outlook on my physique. Very happy with the quality and couldn’t have asked for more considering the price!

I ordered the cross trainer. It is easy to use, struggled a little to resemble but got there in the end. Arrived fast no issues with ordering and delivery. Helpful leaflet if you are struggling to essemble.

Packaged. Had been looking for a while and took the plunge. Very heavy and stable bike, easily put together. Unfortunately the monitor was defective but after contacting seller a replacement was sent out within 2 days. Excellent purchase. Ideal for a beginner. With a great price! Highly recommend!

Overall great quality, ease of use and sturdy. Below is I've discovered;

Packaging and delivery: on time and great care shown, Packaging itself is clearly done with passion as the parts are thoroughly secured with use of plastic sheets, tightly placed stryrofoam and thin wooded planks keeping contents secure and safe.

Installation: can be a bit tricky due to instructions not being the most clear fortunately the major parts are conveniently put together, once you can visualise where everything fits its a simple step by step. Some of the parts come in a large clear plastic bag providing a convenient way to pack up and throw rubbish when done.

Function: has a good level of motion in the peddling and the option of adjustable resistance provides choice in intensity of workout. Entire unit is strong and sturdy so stays put regardless of how much resistance or speed being used. Display is simple in nature providing basic metric readings which may not reflect real time but can still help monitor progress. Can be used barefoot for short sessions without much hassle but much more effective when wearing trainers and also recommended for longer sessions.

Storage: fits neatly in corner of room and doesn't take up much space, can be moved like a wheel barrow with the two front wheels.

Safety: nice compact design minimising chance of accidental collision, as it is built very sturdy and strong won't tip over. Handle bars provide fair amount of surface to grip and the seat can be adjusted up and down to match height requirement although can feel slightly uncomfortable when sitting but with correct height setting and repeat use doesn't seem to be a bother. Installation parts (bolts, nuts etc) are very strong and when installed hold very well. Easy to get off and on with 15 inches of space between seat edge and handle bar frame.

Sound: at first pretty quiet, after repeat use wheel produces some sound as if it needs some oil (or WD40) but still relatively quiet.

Durability: after two weeks of use still in excellent condition, feels very strong I'm confident it will last a while.

Value for money: definitely a bargain with no regrets.

Usefulness: designed like a real outdoor cycling session so provides the same benefits with added convenience and safety benefits (I.e. off road use and no need for safety gear)

Ordered a rowing machine amd can I just say it was great value for money £20 and more less than other sites. Delivery fast , would highly recommend

My aerobic exercise bike has now done just under 40,000 miles - 15,000 more than my car which is the same age! I consider this to be a superb performance. It is finally starting to creak more and has just lost some small ball bearings from somewhere. However I have been so impressed with it that I have just ordered the same model again.

Bought a spinning bike (s1000) tension went after 3months
Was daft enough to buy another one
After week (twice used ) brake pads went and tension intermittently adjusting its self
Absolute garbage DO NOT BUY
When I contacted them about the second one they said ,,wear /tear ..
AFTER A WEEK

Tryed to charge me £14.99 for 2 brake pads
Out of embarrassment they sent me them ...when they arrived it was literally 2 pads ...so had to take off and glue myself
Total waste of time both the bike and company

Bought a crosstrainer machine, it broke down after few months and it was the drive belt that was damaged. customer services refused to pick it up and asked ME to open it and put the drive belt correctly when in my photos it was obvious that the drive belt was completely damaged . i sent the code of the drive belt and they sent me the wrong belt,again asking ME to install it. I told them its the wrong belt so it doesnt fit. i insisted in picking up the machine and fix it. then someone else emailed me saying i should not have been offered any drive belt and they wont pick up the machine because the drive belt is classified as wear and tear and also they will not send me a box to put the machine in so to pick it up so if i dont have a box they wouldnt picking it up anyway, excuses after excuses.. I argued my case that the belt is not a sticker to be classified as wear and tear but the most important part of the cross trainer! suddenly i got an email that they will send DPD courier to pick it up. I found a box to put the machine in it (i bought another cross trainer from another company -as wersports were taken months to sort it out- so i used that box). I stayed in all day and no |courier came. I emailed wersports and sent me a screenshot stating couriers actions that the driver came but i didnt have it ready for him to pick it up. i told them that the screenshot they sent to me states area of picking up the cross trainer as BARKING area and I live in Hackney!!! again,no apologies or anything, only emailed me a google location of my address saying they honored the warranty and thats it,they wont do anything else! i sent them a photo screenshot with date stamp 6th of february,showing the crosstrainer boxed so their excuse that the courier came and i didnt have the item ready is a lie and also the map location they sent me they could have easily took it from google maps,it proves nothing, cause i was home all day waiting for the courier. So, legal action will be taken today. i had issues with them previously and i was stupid enough to buy again from them. their customer services is non existent and they will try to find any excuse to avoid their responsibilities! avoid them at all costs! all their machines are faulty or refurbished but not new

Fast delivery of value for money product. Great service

Delivery experience was very good - was able to select a day suitable for us when someone was home. Have been using the bike/cross trainer product for a few weeks now with no issues. Only suggestion for improvement is for clearer instructions - the L & R handles are not labelled correctly (from the front R is on the left side, L is on the right side) which led to some time wasted when assembling.

I ordered the RevXtreme PowerXross Deluxe 2-in-1 Elliptical Cross Trainer for my mom and she's very happy with it. The order arrived quickly and easy to assemble as well. Note to Irish consumers that this is from UK so there was a custom fee when it arrived to Ireland and it costed me around 80euro due to the size of the package. Overall, satisfied with the order and would recommend it.
