Loads of staples sticking out of the panels. Box of screws on my order which i did not order but I've been charged for. Bot worst of all I had mo contact as to when the order was coming. I had to rush to make room for the panels. As a result a large tub of paint fell over covering my clothes which are now ruined. I would have given less stars but for the fact that the order did turn up quicker than expected.

Great prices and great place. Loads of handy bits in reception too. Good service all round.

Delivered in 2 days. Timber well treated and prepared.

Wern is good value for money and friendly helpful staff.
The only advice I would give would be to update your delivery costs when ordering online. ie not free when order is over £350 but £40
Also cover the timber when in the truck so as not to arrive soaking wet. Also to phone 30mins before delivery like a lot of companies do now.

Didn't get as advertised, ordered 100m machined posts and got 50 - 70mm stick posts not at all happy.
Called to complain and was told the manager will call me back that was a week ago and still waiting.

Paid over double for a product that isn't up to the task.

Great service from Wern Wood. Bought railway sleepers for a garden project also postcrete and some screws.
Excellent prices, best I could find for all products. Speedy delivery at reasonable cost ( I live a outside the free delivery area).

Poor communication by office staff. They need to inform you when materials are going to be late delivery even when it out of their control.

Have purchased timber twice from this company and both times it has been excellent. Collection couldn't be easier as you get a message telling you when your order is ready .

Amazing quality wood ... just the delivery side of it was a tad to long tuck way over a week to turn up

Delivery was three days later than promised and someone in the office kept saying he would phone me back with updates but never did. When the wood was eventually delivered the driver was very good and helpful. This was my second delivery and on the first one I couldn’t fault the service. I will use them again as the wood is good quality

At point of ordering I was informed that delivery could be expected in 3 to 5 days. Sounds fair. 18 hours later top quality timber was delivered to the door. Very friendly driver. Will certainly use again.
