Damp smelly item / tterrible customer service / return policy not in-line with the consumer rights act

I ordered several items from this store, having previously being happy with them. However when I received the items one arrived damp and smelling moldy, so I had to wash it before it could be worn! Further to this the top I ordered in a medium (which is the size I’ve ordered from them before) came up incorrectly made as it was more like an extra small! So I emailed them several time to return it, after waiting for delayed responses I returned it still within the 14 days given to return items for a refund! And they still only issued a store credit!!! I’ve advised that I’d do a review but after seeing here all the other bad reviews they probably don’t care !!! Had I seen this before I wouldn’t have used them at all!! And won’t be again!!! I urge everyone who hasn’t been offered a fully refund who did return online purchases to review the Consumer rights Act with regard to this matter because it seems they aren’t acting within the law.

This company is horrible.After admiting…

This company is horrible.After admiting sending the wrong size they refuse refund in my original account forcing me into credit store refund. The customer service is poor trying to twix the words and trick you into accpeting their offer.The textile quality is so poor also overcharged.I ended up in taking legal action against them.Total waste of money and stress!!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY

I thought I'd try this company as products on the website in the pictures look great and the reviews I read were good however couldn't be more disappointed. I didn't realise if you return items you are only eligible for store credit which is great if you're happy with quality of their products and only have issue with sizing however in my case the reason for returning was material composition and I cannot find a pair of leggings/top I'm happy with and now I'm stuck with £109 store credit I have nothing to spend it on and refund to my original payment is being refused. It's been almost a year now and I still cannot get my money bag. I tried contacting them again asking kindly for return of the funds making very clear again that due to material composition there's absolutely nothing that is suitable for me however I've just been given product recommendations and told no more communication will be accepted on this matter so be very careful as this company will take advantage of you at any chance they get so if you do buy anything read terms and conditions (sale items to also watch out for) but there are a lot better companies out there with way better policies and quality products so this one to be AVOIDED. Also wanted to write review on products I returned but was not able to do that so wouldn't be surprised if all fake. Return fees are also super high and you have to email tracking number and make sure you get refunded for what you've sent as there were errors there as well. One of the worst experiences. I NEVER write reviews let alone on trust pilot so that alone sums up my experience with this company. SCAMMERS

Over priced, rubbish customer service & quality.

Leggings don’t last, holes appear on the scrunch. Asked me for photos as proof. Once I did they insinuated they had split as I needed to size up (I don’t) and accused me of tumble drying them!
Offered me a small discount on ordering another pair instead of replacing.
Avoid. Far better quality leggings for same price.

Avoid avoid avoid!!

Avoid avoid avoid!!! Please read the reviews here before making any purchase.

A few things to note (red flags!):

1. Delivery cost - £6.95
2. You need to email them to initiate a return and takes them ages to reply
3. You need to pay for your return, a tracked delivery, mine was £6+
3. You need to email them the tracking number. Again, they take a while to confirm the receipt of it
4. They issue return as store credit as a default (ridiculous!!)
5. You need to email to request your momey to be return to the original payment method
6. Their refunds are subject to a 5% processing fee and it can take up to 10 working days to reach your account!!!

After all, you may not get your money back. Time and money wasters and their leggings (virtue) are terrible. Stay away from them!

Avoid this company and do not purchase
I have been wanting to order items from this website for about a year, so when I finally had enough money I was so excited, I had sold some items and had enough money.
I was talking to the owner Zuzu on Instagram asking for assistance with sizing, I sent a picture of myself and she confirmed M

I ordered the Lima crop top and virtue leggings size M using a discount code as it was my first purchase.
I was so excited
My order arrived and both items were too small and unflattering I was so disappointed so I reached out again as wanted to return and exchange for a size L

You have to email the company to initiate the return process.
I sent an email and got an automatic reply saying the reply could take 48hrs (business days)
I replied stating that it seemed a bit unfair to have to wait for them to reply in order to return items
I got a response with a threat saying they will contact their legal team if I carry on threatening them - I mentioned I may have to get my bank involved
I looked further at the information on their website
Their return is policy is really strict
You must return item within 14 days with tags on
And I was shocked that they have a 5% restocking fee
So I spent £98.55 and will only receive about £88 back
I then looked at reviews on TrustPilot

I wish I looked here 1st as would have never placed an order

I was worried about returning and not getting my money back because the customer service is awful.

I had noticed when I packed everything up after trying on that the tag for the leggings was not attached - it’s a pin with tag and due to the item having nowhere to tag I left loose.
I emailed the company about this I got an ok email
So I packed up and posted on a next day service with RM which cost £9.35!

I tracked and it had arrived next day so emailed to confirm they had received, which they confirmed

A few days later I received an email stating refund of £93.60 was processed in the form of a credit.

I was so upset and annoyed as my fears came true about my concerns that this company is not abiding by selling laws and good practices.

I emailed stating they are to refund me immediately as in breach of distance selling regulations.
I then spent almost an hour on the phone to my bank in tears and raised a merchant dispute.
The next day the company emailed and thought I wanted an exchange
Despite me stating on paperwork and in email I wanted a refund and Freddie replied and confirmed refund amount £88.92 (5% restocking fee)
They then confirmed a refund has been processed to my bank account.

Their tactics are very unprofessional
Even the bank has never heard of a restocking fee before

I will never order or deal with this company again

If you want a smooth transaction and order go elsewhere

I have never dealt with such a company
The whole process and experience was extremely challenging and stressful

I feel some of their actions are deliberate in the hope the customer just puts up with it

I’m not one of those people and do not tolerate such behaviour
My bank has been informed and a report and complaint logged with Citizens Advice and office of fair trading

Absolute scammers

Absolute scammers! Refusing to exchange my item due to being to small a size but due to final sale/last chance offer you can’t return. I only wanted an exchange not my money back ? Good quality yes but due to the item being to small if pretty much threw £50 down the drain. Never known of any other company in the uk to treat a customer in this way. Avoid!!

Worst customer service ever!

The quality of the leggings I received were actually not bad, however the colour was not beige but more brown. I asked to return and was told I was not able to return them because they fell into final sale or last chance to buy! This is absolute bullshit and the worst customer service I have ever experienced!! I might have brought again from them if they had let me return or exchange my item for another colour. Zero out of ten from me. AVOID buy from Be that girl Uk instead.

Complaint

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Refund and Customer Service

Dear We R Enough Apparel Customer Service,

I am reaching out to formally express my dissatisfaction with your customer service and refund handling. I recently returned an order worth £200, following your stated process, but encountered several issues:

1. I was required to pay for return shipping.
2. Upon receipt, I was informed the return was “late” by one day, with the refund reduced to £140 and provided as a credit note.
3. An additional £60 item (a pair of leggings included in the return) was unacknowledged in the refund amount.

Despite disputing the timing and value of this refund and requesting proof on the following points, I have yet to receive a response:

• Proof of the delivery date to me.
• Confirmation of the return date to your facility.
• Verification of all items received in the return, particularly the leggings valued at £60.

I have attempted contact via email, Instagram, and Facebook, but none of my inquiries have been acknowledged.

As a result, I am now considering escalating this matter to the Office of Fair Trading and speaking with the press. I hope that increased visibility will prompt a timely and adequate resolution.

Please address this situation promptly by refunding the full amount or by providing the requested information.

Thank you for your urgent attention to this matter.

Delivery company delivered my parcel to a different address and we r enough's customer service immediately sorted it our on my behalf. a few days later a new parcel arrived and it was worth the wait. The items are lovely and fit amazing.

It’s hugely sad that the company…

It’s hugely sad that the company started well and became unreal. It lost its vision compared to gym king and its values. Its inability to connect to real women and put a perfect Image up made it impossible to engage with real women. It seems Image .. Money and presence made a great product lose its essence and value

Avoid at all costs

I’ve lost a decent amount of money ordering from them. I’ve been chasing after my refund for more than a month and still didn’t get my money back. Their customer service teams continuously ignores my emails, social media DMs, and even the co-founders don’t reply to my complaints. What a scam!

I used to buy sportswear from here

I used to buy sportswear from here; it's not bad quality, but the prices gone up so much, its absolutely disgusting to pay £45 for a crop top and £58 for a pair of leggings? I used to buy leggings and tops from there before and haven't bought anything for about 12 months. But today, after seeing these ridiculous prices, I definitely won't be shopping here again. Over £100 just for a crop top and leggings? For nearly the same price, you can get a really good quality gym wear elsewhere like Lululemon.
