Only giving 1 star as impossible to give zero. Customer Service non existent despite emailing numerous times - automated reply but nothing g else. Order arrived with missing part and so could not be used. No paperwork/documentation for returning the order. Very prompt om taking the money out of my bank account though - not sure that's a positive given that their product was useless - literally

Large Xmas wreath
Ordered large wreath and also garland, I was looking for something full, large and with lights, wreath was perfect, did add a few lights of my own to it, it’s great quality and will last years. Garland was equally impressive although white snow does come off a bit but I did expect that.

Stylish and well designed, but sadly very fragile considering they are not glass - very brittle plastic and the thread comes untied easily so they fall off the tree and break.
