Hi Sarah,
We completely agree that the way the courier left the goods in the alleyway was unacceptable. We know your address at the rear of the building is difficult for drivers to locate, but leaving a parcel in the rain is not the standard we expect from our delivery partners.
However, we have to be honest receiving a 1-star review for this feels incredibly unfair and, frankly, disheartening.
This error was the courier's, not ours. Yet, the moment you phoned us on Monday 22nd December, we took full responsibility. We immediately reprinted your order at our own cost and rushed it out while we were in the middle of closing up for our Christmas break just to ensure you had your replacement cards by noon on Christmas Eve.
As a long-standing customer, you know our quality. To be judged as a "1-star" business because of a driver's mistake, after we went to extraordinary lengths to rectify it for you in less than 48 hours before Christmas, is a massive blow to our team. We fixed this instantly and without question; we really hoped that level of dedication would be appreciated, not penalised.

DISSAPOINTED …
The lady on reception is always really helpful. But on this occasion of ordering my new menus
I had nothing but mistakes that needed rectifying.
I was very disappointed with the service print colour gave me as I waited around 2 months for the new Menu's to be printed.
