The person I spoke to was polite and explained clearly what was involved. I said I wanted a printed description of what was decided and am still waiting for this so am not ready to say anymore at this point in time.

Arranged my Will and Power of Attorney today, the process was easy and Sereena with whom I spoke was lovely and explained everything in full and provided advice on what I should put in place as a single woman with no children to avoid an estranged sibling trying to make a claim on my estate.

As WEPC were recommended by Which I decided to see what they were about and if they could meet my needs.
After first talking to Ashley I soon had an appointment with Druv who was very patient and answered any questions I had. When I didn’t understand something Druv would explain until I was able to understand what he meant regarding any legalities and how I would proceed. We spent almost an hour going through everything from what I owned to how I wanted my estate distributed. Simply put Druv was great , very professional and a good listener.
My will arrived today, 10 days after our conversation and it’s perfect, exactly as I specified.
WEPC are great value for money. I paid £64.99 which is an absolute bargain. Solicitors charge so much for the same thing. I’d highly recommend this company if ur considering writing a will. Even if ur just thinking of it the staff have a lot of knowledge and there’s no pressure to buy from them.
