Regarding service I would invest in a good track and trace and different delivery possibilities like timeslot, elevator service and eventually install and mounting services.

Very fast delivery, the oven is exactly what I expected. Pizza gets great, temperature is about 320 degrees Celsius.

The outdoor shower is/ had an excellent design and quality.

First off I should tell you that we're big fans of Dutch design. As designers ourselves, we appreciate the surprising and thoughtful products from companies such as Moooi, Droog, and Weltevree.
I was excited to order your Wheelbench, a 25th anniversary present for my wife, and waited patiently for its delivery. I was told there were some delays due to "quality control" issues. In an email I stated that I was perfectly happy to wait as long as I received a perfect product. The box arrived in good condition, there were no parts broken or missing, and the instructions were clear.
However, as soon as I started to assemble the wheelbench I began to notice problems. To my surprise it appears that you still have not resolved the quality control issues: the holes don't line up on the backrest and on the handlebars. The small wrench included is inadequate for putting together this item. For a product at this price point, you should do better. Worst still is that we ordered one of these for one of our residential clients. Good design has the ability to make life better, but in this case I paid for an expensive headache.

We are really happy with the Weltevree Outdoor Oven. After a bit of trying, we now prepare the best pizza's ever!

Only used once till now but very happy with the complete set, baked a pizza in the oven and the fire makes a cozy patio to sit and a point of attraction.

Very long waiting time.
Delivery in pieces, plus a large dent in the pipe :( we didn’t want to send it back because we had been waiting for our oven for months and just wanted to bake a pizza.
