I accidentally sent £170 to Welsh Card via my bank. I have never purchased anything from them, yet they have ignored all my emails. My bank contacted them multiple times, as did the company’s own bank, and still no response or refund.
This is unprofessional and dishonest. I cannot recommend dealing with this company, as they do not honour refunds and avoid all communication.
