Great company enquired about replacing my laptop screen they phoned me back to give me all the details i needed i took it in to the shop where he said he would ring me back with a price and then rang back the next day to say it was ready 100% satisfied with the work done i reccommend them to everyone with a broken laptop

I had a great experience with We Love Laptops. My laptop was pretty banged up after someone had dropped a suitcase on it. One of the hinges and the part where the power button is was pretty mangled. I messaged Urmash in the morning. He replied very swiftly and that same afternoon he came to collect my broken laptop and supplied me with a rental laptop. Within just a couple days he brought me my repaired laptop which now works beautifully again. Overall, the service was quick, efficient, easy, and the price was fair too. Would 100% recommend.

Urmash came today &set up my laptop, i can't speak highly enough, if i was giving marks it would 10plus he was excellent, if i have any problems in the future i will not hesitate to give him a ring.

They upgraded my SSD drive and ram all in the same day in a few hours. Great work

Made contact via internet, received a phone call back within 5 mins, explained the problem I was having with the printer, advice was offered over the phone. Problem solved

I had 2 laptops, both had water spilled on them. My fault. One somehow came back to life but fan had stopped working. The second one would not power on. Advice from a major tech seller, motherboard probably frazzled, buy a new one. Took a chance on we love laptops, turned out they do. Came to my home, replaced fan, working. Took a look at the second one, clear areas of water damage, did some basic magic, and it came back to life. Gave it a good check, keyboard, battery and Umesh left me with 2 working laptops. So glad I found them and will get my next laptop from them. They are a 10 star company, no false promises, tried with the second one and it worked. Very reasonable prices, fixed in my home. No grandiose promises, it was try this and see with the second one. Extremely happy with their service and very personable company, very efficient.

After I'd made my initial enquiry I heard back from them shortly afterwards we had a informative and helpful chat about the problem and within 2 hours somebody was at my home and they were very polite and understanding unfortunately my laptop was too old and it wasn't worth repairing and they took it away for disposal I thought it was a very good service and would recommend them

On contacting the company they immediately put me in touch with Urmash the technician local to me. I told him what the issue was and within 10mins he helped to resolve the issue over the phone. Due to this I felt confident enough to discuss other issues regarding a new business venture and technical support that I believe would benefit both parties. Great company but more importantly great service and great guy.
