I spent over £180 on items from your…

I spent over £180 on items from your online store and was still charged for the delivery (£2), even though the delivery should have been free.

Then when I returned an item that was too big again I had to pay (£3.10) for the item to be couriered back to Frugi's warehouse. Both of these costs are not providing good customer service. I have just returned an item of clothing that was too small for my daughter and the postage was free to return the item.

Easy shipping to the continent

I was a bit nervous when my order went trough customs and i had to email them my proof of payment. But i didn't have to pay more and a week later my order arrived. Thanks a lot!! The quality of the fabric is suberb and the garments are well made. I hope you will keep making maternity clothes because i absolutely adore these ones.
