We understand that arranging a return yourself may not be the experience you were expecting. However, we do try to make our returns policy as clear and transparent as possible before a purchase is made. Information advising that customers are responsible for arranging the return of unwanted items is displayed at multiple points throughout our website, including within our returns policy and on the product pages themselves.

Once a returns request is submitted, we provide a returns form and all the information required to help customers return their goods. Whilst we do not currently arrange collections for unwanted item returns, we appreciate that some customers would prefer this option and we value your feedback on the matter.

We are sorry that this aspect of our service did not meet your expectations and thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Customer feedback is important to us and helps us continually review and improve the service we provide.

Firstly, we apologise for the frustration caused throughout the returns process. We understand that this has been disappointing for you.

However, we would like to clarify that our returns policy openly advises customers that returned goods should be packaged appropriately and that suitable insurance should be obtained when arranging a return. This information is provided because once goods are returned to us, they must be in a condition that allows them to be resold. Unfortunately, where packaging has been damaged in transit back to us, the product is often rendered unsaleable, even if the item itself appears unaffected.

In this instance, the damage occurred whilst the goods were in the possession of the courier you selected to return the item. Whilst we appreciate your frustration with the courier's decision not to compensate you, we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by a third-party carrier during transit back to our warehouse. Any claim relating to damage sustained whilst being returned would need to be pursued with the courier responsible for transporting the goods.

With regard to response times, we always aim to reply to customers as quickly as possible. Our emails are handled in the order they are received to ensure fairness to all customers awaiting assistance. We appreciate that this may not always be as fast as customers would like during busy periods, and we apologise if this caused any additional frustration.

Regarding the refund that has been approved, if you have not yet received this, we would encourage you to contact our customer service team with your order details so that we can investigate the status of the payment and ensure it has been processed correctly.

We are sorry that on this occasion we were unable to provide the experience you expected and thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
