Your enquiry was handled via our live chat service, where our team made every effort to answer your questions. During the conversation, multiple images were provided, including photographs of the bath displayed in our showroom and additional images clearly showing the dimensions firsthand, alongside the manufacturer's specification. Having worked in the bathroom industry for over 15 years, we are confident that every reasonable effort was made to provide the information you requested and help you make an informed decision.

Unfortunately, the conversation became increasingly difficult when you began referring to Steven using offensive language. At that stage, a colleague politely intervened and asked that the language be moderated. Whilst we fully understand that customers may become frustrated, we expect all interactions with our staff to remain respectful. Our team are here to help and should not be subjected to abusive or derogatory language while carrying out their roles.

We regret that you chose to purchase elsewhere, but we stand by the professionalism of our team throughout the interaction. We remain committed to providing helpful, courteous service to all of our customers while also ensuring that our colleagues are treated with the same respect that we expect them to show in return.

We completely understand your frustration. You had specifically requested delivery for a date 10 days after placing your order, so receiving a text message advising that your order was due for delivery the very next day was understandably unexpected and inconvenient, particularly as you were away from home.

Having reviewed the order, it appears that when it migrated to our main system, it was unfortunately processed as a standard delivery rather than retaining the requested delivery date. We sincerely apologise for this error.

We also appreciate that you had to make last-minute arrangements for a family member to be at your property, which was far from ideal. We understand the concern that the goods could have been left unattended, and we're sorry for the unnecessary stress this caused.

The final note on your order from the member of our team you spoke with advised that, should the delivery arrive, you were to refuse it so that our customer service team could immediately raise a replacement order for delivery on your originally requested date. We apologise if this was not communicated as clearly as it should have been and that you did not receive the follow-up call you were expecting.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the experience you had. This is not the standard of service we aim to provide, and your feedback has been noted so we can continue to improve our processes and prevent similar issues in the future.
