Having reviewed your order, we can see that when you contacted our customer service team, we apologised on the same day for the incorrect unit being supplied and explained the process for arranging a replacement. During that conversation, you advised that you were happy to keep the unit that had been delivered rather than proceed with a replacement.

Ordinarily, if a customer decides to keep an alternative product, we would review any price difference. However, in this instance, the unit you received was actually of a higher value than the one originally ordered. As a gesture of goodwill, we simply wrote off the difference, meaning there was no additional cost to you.

We're sorry that you still felt let down, as our intention was to resolve the issue as quickly and fairly as possible. If there is anything further that remains unresolved, we'd be more than happy to hear from you and discuss it further.

We're sorry to read your review; however, having investigated your order history, we'd like to clarify the timeline.

Your original order was placed on 15/07/2026. Although the products were in stock, a specific delivery date of 27/07/2026 was selected during the checkout process rather than our next-day delivery option. As a result, the order was scheduled in line with your requested delivery date and was not due to be dispatched immediately.

When you later realised this wasn't the service you intended to select, you contacted our customer service team. Following your request, the original order was cancelled, and you placed a new order for collection instead.

We completely understand that this was frustrating, but we don't believe the delay was caused by our delivery service, as the original order was being held to meet the delivery date selected at checkout.

We appreciate your feedback and hope this explanation helps clarify what happened.

As soon as the damage was reported, we arranged for a replacement vanity unit to be sent to you as quickly as possible. We appreciate that this was the second occasion you've experienced damage, and we understand how frustrating that must have been.

With regard to the collection of the damaged unit, we'd just like to clarify that we advised the collection would be carried out by one of our own vehicles on 21/07/2026, rather than at the same time as the replacement delivery. We apologise if there was any misunderstanding regarding the timing.

We're pleased to confirm that the collection of the damaged item is scheduled to take place today, so this should now bring the matter to a close.

Having investigated your order, we can confirm that the item supplied was the correct colour for the product you ordered, and this has also been verified by the manufacturer. From our discussions, it appears that the confusion arose because you had previously purchased a unit from a different manufacturer with the same colour description. Unfortunately, while colour names may be identical across different brands, the actual finishes can vary considerably, and they are rarely an exact match.

We appreciate that this was not the outcome you were hoping for, but we would like to reassure you that your refund has already been submitted to our accounts team for processing. Once this has been completed, you will receive an email confirmation. Refunds are not processed instantly in the same way that card payments are authorised, as they must first be approved and then processed through the banking system.

We appreciate your patience while this is being finalised and apologise for any frustration this has caused. We hope this clarifies the situation and reassures you that your refund is already in hand.

We're sorry to hear about your concerns regarding the delivery of your shower tray.

Having reviewed the delivery images, we can confirm that the handling label was front-facing and clearly visible. Transporting shower trays vertically during delivery is standard practice and is perfectly acceptable for the short time they are in transit, typically no more than 48 hours.

The instruction to lay the tray flat applies after delivery if it is being stored before installation. In these circumstances, it should always be placed flat on a suitable, level surface to prevent unnecessary stress on the product.
