My Hunters are lovely but the sizing…
My Hunters are lovely but the sizing chart is WAY out. After sending TWO pairs back I finally get a pair that fit in a size 6 (the chart says im a size 4). Shame I had to pay in full each time rather than do an exchange but got there in the end.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service - I accidentally put wrong house number for delivery so I emailed customer service who happily updated this for me promptly before wellies were dispatched. I ordered on Sunday, they responded Monday morning and sent out the wellies the same day, I received them Tuesday so I was very happy these arrived in time for my daughter who wanted them for Gottwood festival on Thursday! Overall, this company is superb, provides excellent unbeatable value, fast delivery and looks after their customers. I will definitely be returning!
