Thieves

Made an order expecting delivery date to be accurate.

Received email that order yet to be sent out missing my requirements for delivery date.

Sent them an email saying to cancel order. I ordered elsewhere to get them on time.

Never got refund (or the boots).

Thieves.

*** Update ***
Yes I am in Australia. I ordered as wife was visiting parents in UK and paid with a British bank account. They have not responded to any emails. Sent evidence of purchase, emails and bank statement as proof.
